Had an order of ginger cookie, WOW, what's a great ones!The flavor, texture, abundant ginger taste--------I wish I have better English vocabulary to describe it's greatness!!We are so lucky that this wonderful pastry chef of world caliber decided to have a shop in little town of Commerce township, Michigan! Her back ground is amazing and her cakes and cookies are out of heaven! I posted previously that her Mont Blanc cake (chest-nut ream cake) is better than anything I have tasted such as at the original shop in Paris(Cafe Angelina), or in other cities such as Tokyo, Kyoto, Taipei, Montreal, Honolulu------All of you out there in Detroit metro area should taste them, you will not be disappointed!!Thank you Ms. Takasaka! If you want the best chocolate cake, or vanilla and strawberry cake, and don't like it too sweet, there is nothing like Japanese cake, and especially nothing like this place! It's my husband's absolute favorite.

Amazing Japanese bakery. Their cheesecake is light as a feathere. I'm looking forward to visiting here again. Highly recomment!

Let me add my voice to the chorus of admiring fans of this bakery. We ordered the cake for my parents' 75th wedding anniversary (that was not a misprint) party here. The ordering was done completely over the phone where she guided us on all of our options. The marble cake with vanilla buttercream frosting was outstanding. Two months later, the guests are still talking about how wonderful the cake tasted and looked.I will order from here again.

A really nice small bakery in Commerce. I've driven past it several times and finally decided to check them out. They had quite a few desserts like cakes, cookies, cheesecakes to choose from. They don't have the worlds biggest selection so I'd go early in the day as it seems the run out of things often. It also seems as though they only sell certain desserts on specific days. I tried the Angel Fruit Pie, Cheesecake, Chocolate Cake & Strawberry Shortcake. Each item tasted really good, sweet, but not too sweet. It seems they're known for their specialized cakes as the owners seem to be able to make just about any request into a cake. All in all a decent bakery. I'm glad they're close!

Got a low sugar birthday cake here. (Chocolate) it was excellent. Chocolate flavor was perfectly balanced with moose icing and filling. It was not inexpensive but everyone at the party loved it (evern people who did not prefer moose).

Wonderful bakery! They made the most beautiful and delicious cake for my son and daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner. I gave them an idea of the colors and they exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend!!'

This bakery is an absolute gem. It is top tier, elegant, and artistic. I had limited time to create a cake for a birthday celebration and I came in with a design and they gave me options for fondant or a photo cake. It far exceeded my expectations. The cake was the white almond with Choc ganache filling, to die for. This should be your go to bakery to impress! Oh and I grabbed their gooey sugar cookies while picking up my cake....kill me now. These are real-deal gourmet bakers.
