This place, now under new ownership and called drip has terrible costumer service, prices went up and the attendants are rude to the point of closing and locking the door early as we are stepping out of our car (parking directly in front). Previous owners were passionate about water and their high grade filtration, while these people make me not want to go back at all.

Nearby, convenient place to get water. The staff is friendly, and they usually fill up the bottles for you. They offer water cards for a slight discount, making it easier to get in and out the door. I've always had great service here!

Great service! This place truly has the element of customer service that business used to strive for. Now unfortunately they are 1 in a million. Top quality product, and every time I go in they normally take my water jugs and fill them for me before i barely get in the door.

The guys are extremely helpful. They will fill and bring your bottles of water to your car.They even bring carts out to your car to help bring in empty water bottles.The water has a taste that beats any other place I have tried.They also serve Thrifty ice cream, and with the cool thrifty tube scooper.I have been bring my three children here for Friday treats for 8 years now.

I don't know why all the reviews are saying the owner was grumpy. He was extremely nice and asked me about my day. They were fast and helped me with what I needed.

I love this water store!!! I've been coming here for about 5 years. They will fill your water bottles & bring them to your vehicle. They have 3 carts & a ramp to help with transport. You can purchase 44 gallons of water in advance for $11 ($0.25/Gallon); fill your water, give them your name, they mark off the number of gallons you received and you're out the door! The grocery store charges $0.79-$0.89/Gallon & the water machines charge $0.30/Gallon). I also love that they have 2 outdoor machines in case you catch them after hours, also $0.25/Gallon. They have Ice (Cubes & Blocks), All different sizes of Water Bottles/Jugs/Crocks, Thrifty Ice Cream, Fountain Drinks (Root Beer Included, for Floats), Fresh Brewed Tea & Hawaiian Shaved Ice. Customer Service isn't what it should be these days and this company goes Above & Beyond ~ Thanks Guys, You're Awesome!!!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! Desert H20 To Go has the worst customer service, 100 percent of it comes from the owner, the employees I have to say were very nice also very helpful, but the owner was not a nice person, he seemed super angry. The owner not only yelled at and belittled his employees, he verbally attacted me yelling something about by using my debt card he was losing money, stating that his bank would charge him a .55 fee for me using my card. I told him I was sorry I had no cash and for him to add the fee to my card, he (the owner) jerked the card out of my hand and started mumbling to himself...... any way I will never shop here ever again. Oh, If you have a reef tank do not put the water from this store in your tank, I did and 2 days later my tank started growing brown slimy alge. I had to do a 60 percent water change. A tip to the owner... Stay home and let your employees run the place!

I used to love this water store. I've been going to the same store for 10 years. The original owner was great, would help bring your water to the car, the water tasted great, and they had a loyalty punch card. Then it changed owners, and was named Drip. The new owners were rude, lazy, and they raised the cost. Then new owner took over, they've raised the price three times now. The water quality has gotten worse (it tastes plastic like), they got rid of the loyalty program, when I need help they're rude. The last straw was when they charged me $5.65 for 10 gallons of water AND charged me for using a debit card. Only after I told them I was never returning, the owner followed me to my truck and admitted to over charging me, saying he would only charge me $3.50. At that point it was too late, they have lost my business. I'll drive to California before I ever buy water from them again.

The price for two shaved ice was great ! they also offer thrifty ice cream :) great place for a quick treat

I love these guys. Sometimes I have to get water and Ice with a toddler in tow, and they go above and beyond. I appreciate the quick service. The cherry vanilla ice cream is my family's favorite.
