This large restaurant is hidden inside a shopping plaza next to Seafood City. It may look dark from the outside due to vacant storefronts, but once you step in, you will spot the bright, clean, spacious pho restaurant on the left. The pho is truly delicious, with beefy flavor, great umami, and assertive notes of cinnamon. I recommend (P8) pho with sliced beef, melt in your mouth tendon, and soft homemade meatballs. The generous bowl of noodle soup is accompanied with all the herbs and vegetables expected (bean sprouts, Thai basil, lime, sliced jalapeños). While the soup is perfect as is, there are plenty of condiments on the table for you to create your own version of perfection.If your appetite is large, go ahead and order the egg rolls. These thin, crispy egg rolls are full of pork and carrots. Very nice flavor. Service here can be a little slow and easy paced. Luckily the restaurant is not crowded nor busy, so you will be served in an acceptable time. If you are in a hurry, use polite signals and body language.

Delicious PHO is located inside a Filipino plaza, it's not crowded, and has plenty of parking. While I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, it's got better pho than anything near downtown Chicago. Uptown is still better if I'm going to make a trek.The flavor was good but the soup wasn't as hot as I wished it were, and the short rib was a bit small. Waitstaff were a bit slow as well -- eventually I went up to the counter to pay as it took too long.

Was hesitant to try this place. But it turned out to be alright. In retrospect, I should've gotten a pho dish with less meat but the rib one just looked too good. The noodles were a little raw in the beginning when they first bought out the bowl but they softened up perfectly in the minute or with that hot broth. I can't tell if they actually boil meat and bone to make the broth or not but nonetheless, the food was still good. It's inside a small walk in mall next to seafood city so its a little bit off the beaten path but give them a shot.

I am rating their food, and I got their beef rib noodle soup and it was so good!!! I'm coming back for this again, specifically! For price wise, it is little more expensive than other pho places, but I don't mind paying for the difference for this rib.

My meatballs were not cooked. Yuck. I will never order from here again. I understand they had just opened up but there were already people eating inside and not sure why you would serve uncoooked meatballs.

4 stars for their spring roll- it was fresh and the sauce was delicious. My coworker and I ordered via DoorDash for lunch. Everyone enjoyed their food. However the special noodle I ordered "traditional bun bu hue" was missing my favorite item- pig blood. Unfortunately since I ordered via doors Ah, I couldn't have contact the restaurant itself to resolve the issue. Otherwise everything was delicious!

I am unsure of why there are a few bad ratings for this restaurant. My fiance and I have been searching for a good and AFFORDABLE pho spot in Chicago. This spot offers DELICIOUS flavorful pho, fresh shrimp spring rolls for 5-6 bucks and so much more.
