Since moving from Miami four years ago I've been on the hunt for good Latin American spots. Sadly Nashville feels a little lacking on its diversity of Latin cuisine so when we found an El Salvadoran restaurant we had to try it. We had the carne asada, pupusas, and pastelito de carne. They were all delicious. The pastelito de carne were freshly made and super hot. The sauce they served them with was great and added the perfect amount of flavor. The beans served with the carne asada have been the best I've had in Nashville so far. We have reordered from here multiple times and will continue to do so.

Hole in the wall. Not always the quickest. But, the best pupusas I've had in town. I've tried them all - queso y loroco (green, Central American edible herb), frijol (bean) queso, chicharron queso, & just straight up queso. My favorite, though, is the revuelta, a combination of all the best things: chicarrones, frijol, and queso. The tangy, pseudo-hot sauce and curtido (cabbage salad) they serve alongside are good, and the pupusas are $2.50 a piece... I have a friend who swears by the tamales de pollo, but I haven't sampled just yet. Their menu is large, but I've only tried pupusas to date.Unlike a bunch of spots in this area of Murfreesboro Pike, they take credit cards as well. Support them!

I recently moved to Nashville from Buffalo, where there was absolutely no Salvadorian food. There was barely any Mexican food. Anyway I'm so excited to see that so many Salvadorian places are open here. I came to this restaurant a coupe of days ago. I was told to go by a lady at the Latino Mercado down the road. I ordered two pupusas, bean and cheese / loroco j cheese. They were so big! I was so happy! They were also super stuffed with cheese. Just the way I like it. The curtido could have used a couple more spices (maybe a couple of jalapeños thrown in there) but it was good none the less. I was super hungry so I got the Pollo Frito. It was good. It wasn't as great as the pupusas but it was delicious. I can say, as a native, Salvadorian-born and raised that this is some authentic shit. You gotta try this place if you want real authentic Salvadorian food. The horchata was bomb diggity too.

Amazing pupusas! Great prices, great service, delicious options. Perfect place. The pupusas are really great because they are thing and stuffed well. You can eat two without feeling heavy. They also have a variety of aguas frescas with dope fruits like maracuya. Highly, highly recommend this spot.

Very nice people. Great food. They are open at 10am, which was surprising to me. They even serve a breakfast dish. It's in a dive of a spot, right behind the gas station. Very good stuff, worth the visit. Also, get the raspberry drink. It's actually very delicious.

Si se pudiera poner un zero, esta basura de lugar no tienen educación, las meseras nacas de ahí se burlan de los clientes. El dueño ni manager asen nada al respeto. Naco naco de lugar

I heard great things about this restaurant from coworkers and had to try it out. They did not disappoint. We loved everything that we ate and were so full! We ordered papusas and a few other items from the menu. All were fantastic. We can't wait to return.

I would like for my company's after hours employees to eat there, I really do - but nobody could read the menu! What's THAT about? Despite the influx of Spanish speaking people, the last time I looked, this is an English speaking country... At least give a translation!
