I finally made it to a Michelin recommended restaurant! I hadn't been to any of the ones here in Atlanta yet and I was definitely impressed! My friend and I went on Saturday for Brunch and although we didn't get any real "brunch" food, the Chinjeh and Sea Bass were super delicious. The Sea Bass was flavorful and decadent, it didn't last long on the table lol! I actually felt full after this meal although it doesn't look like we got much. The Chinjeh was also enough to share between two people! The server was extremely kind and she explained the menu well for first timers! It was hard to make a decision! Plus the restaurant itself is so beautiful and it makes you feel as though you've transported to another place. I think this is a great place for a date night with your partner or friends. I can't wait to come back!

Tried the Chinjeh, Ttaftoun, Sabzi, and Mast Khiyar, and it was a fantastic experience. The Chinjeh, grilled marinated beef, was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned with just the right balance of spices, offering a rich, smoky flavor. Paired with the fresh and fluffy Ttaftoun bread, it made for an excellent combination. The Sabzi, a traditional herb platter, added a refreshing contrast to the meal with its vibrant mix of fresh herbs, radishes, and feta. It was light but bursting with flavors that complemented the heavier dishes well. The Mast Khiyar, a yogurt and cucumber dip, was creamy and tangy, acting as a cool, refreshing palate cleanser between bites.

This was probably one of the best food I've put in my mouth - it's a shame I was just visiting Atlanta and can't come more often. Everything on the menu was simply amazing. Would highly recommend the sea bass and any of their spreads / dips. The pita / bread that pairs w the food was incredible.

Ran by a well respected Chef Fares Kargar who trained at Rumi's kitchen, Delbar aims to bring a radically different menu of middle eastern dishes to the city. Going beyond kebobs and hummus, Delbar specializes in several dishes that are much less common in the Atlanta market. For starters, Dill Labneh is an absolute highlight served with fresh baked bread. Branzino stuffed with herbs is a beautiful preparation, with wonderful sweet herbs inside the fish. Some of the rice dishes like Sabzi Polo are remarkable. The wine list is medium sized and full of unique bottles from Lebonon, Morocco, Greece and Italy, upcharged at a very reasonable x2 retail level. Cocktails are extremely balanced. Servers are pleasant.Delbar is a spectacular destination, offering a quaint patio and incredibly savory dishes.

What a fun place! Great energy in a very pretty restaurant. A friend and I caught up over a long meal and enjoyed sharing a number of treats. We got the hummus and the dill labnah (yogurt spread) to start which were both delicious. We ordered the chinjeh (sirloin) and lamb kebabs to share. The beef was my fave, done in a saffron yogurt marinade and so flavorful. Loved the generous amount of taftoun bread.Make sure everyone in your group is good with a loud night of delicious food!

Where do I start? The food here is so delicious! I've been a few times but I'll review based on my last visit. I started with the hummus and added the lamb. Quite tasty. Then i had the watermelon salad! OMG!!! This salad is top tier! The combination of flavors and textures was superb. They used yellow flesh watermelon, and avocado foam/sauce, some nuts, herbs, i think feta too. So good. Lastly i had the grilled branzino. You can taste the smokiness from the grill absolutely loved everything!

Delbar is one of our top spots in the city! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is so beautiful and enticing and the service is always wonderful! We had two dips to start, the hummus and the labneh, which were a perfect combination, along with their amuse bouche. For dinner we had the joojeh & salmon kabobs along with some delicious rice and heirloom tomato salad! We talk about our experience here all the time and always recommend them to anyone who asks for the best places to go in the city!

We had dinner here on a Saturday night, were running a little behind and the host staff was so nice to accommodate us and our reservation regardless. The food was incredible, along with the atmosphere but we were more than blown away by the incredible service! Kathea was our server and she did a fantastic job guiding us through the menu, answering any questions and addressing allergen concerns (tree nut & peanut allergies). My boyfriend is newer to Atlanta and he said that this is the best dining experience he has had so far. Incredible dining experience all around - we will definitely return!
