Del Mesa Liquor and Deli

I love this place. It says it is a liquor store but it is a small grocery store. You can find everything here. I always brag to my friends how there is a three story liquor store by my house! I love this place and will be a loyal customer as long as I live in the area. They have fire sandwiches too!

I have driven past this place for years without going in. Well, my loss!!! What a gem. The deli food is so fresh and tasty. They also have a super good acai bowl here. Can't wait to order a deli sandwich next time. Stop on by!

I ordered Jameson 18-Year-Old Irish Whiskey and Jim Beam Honey. Prices were comparable to prices on most sites. Delivery was timely and bottles were intact. I will order from you guys again!

Great neighborhood liquor store. Handy place to pick up drinks to get a party going or keep a party going. There used to be a food truck in front but that has since moved on. For a small spot, lots of selections of wine, beer and liquor. There's a deli counter though I haven't had the food there.

Would have given them 5 starts if bottle ordered wasn't received the way it was with damaged seal and box. It was a gift and no way can I gift this . This is not something that would happen in shipping. It was packaged really good which is why I was disappointed. Package arrived next day which was great . I will order again - fingers crossed it arrives in better condition. Still glad I got the bottle that was hard to find in L.A.

Don't judge a book by its cover and don't judge this liquor store by its outer appearance. This little shop may not look like much from outside but we have had the best luck finding obscure and elite bottles here. We have a home tiki bar and frequently had trouble finding some of the more specialized types of rum until we found Del Mesa. They have such a wide selection that sometimes we'll stumble upon a bottle they didn't even remember having or ones the distributor has given to them first to preview. The staff is helpful and appreciative of customers who know what they like. Give yourself plenty of time to browse because they have so much selection that the sections overlap and get mixed a bit and you don't want to miss out on something special just because you didn't take the time to move a few bottles around. We will definitely continue to shop here for premium liquors not available at the chain liquor stores.

I discovered this traditional neighborhood liquor store while searching the web for a specific wine we enjoyed in Los Angeles -- Feudo Zirtari Nero d'Avolo/Syrah from Sicily. I was looking for the 2017, but was very happy to find the 2022 here. The price was right, and I bought 6 bottles. Why 6 bottles? They offer a 10% discount on a 6-bottle purchase. Customer service here is excellent! Everyone is quite helpful. The store has two levels: street level is deli and liquor; downstairs is wine and beer. Bottom line ... great experience ... well be back!

Ordered from.thia company and was very pleased from start to finish. Only thing is the delivery fee yikes but it was worth it. My godsister will pick up her package later today and I can't wait till she calla me. Great selections they have as well. Will update with pictures soon!!!. I would order gaian from them

CRIMINAL FRAUDULENT OWNERSHIPI ordered a bottle on line and when I came to pick it up, they jacked up the price. WTF do I have to take a screen shot of their on line prices? It was on sale when I ordered it and they would not sell for that price, anyone that had any customer service would have honored the price....I went out of my way to pick it up too. It was thirty percent less at Total Wine and More but was out of stock. It was a gift so I bought it but NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE, WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE. STAY AWAY!!!

Good selection but very expensive and some items (some beer and sake) are old. Also, many items don't have a price, which is very annoying.
