My boyfriend has been searching for sundae in Seattle area for a while and he found this place. We need to run errands in Lynnwood so we immediately decided to dine at here. The restaurant's vibe is kinda like a soju bar, they play loud music and their light is dimmed, so it might be a little hard to have long conversation, but I think it's a perfect place to chill, hang out and dine. The food quality and quantity are definitely great. We ordered fried chicken wings (very crispy, tasty sauce on the side), sundae, intestine (crispy outside, and tender inside, I normally don't eat intestine, but this one was so great!)The owner/chef greeted us at the end of our dinner and he was nice and humble asking how our meal was. I came on a Monday night, though there were not that many people, i saw several groups of customers coming in for pick up.Plenty of parking outside of the restaurant.

The YANG-NYUM (spicy) fried chicken is not spicy at all. We ordered two plates of it and enjoyed every bite! The food was delicious, but the service could be improved. We didn't get assigned a server so we'd have to ask random servers to server us. There was a bit of a short wait for a Friday evening at 9pm for 4 people. Other than the poor service, would come back for the spicy fried chicken alone!

Been here several times throughout the years. We came here on a Thursday evening and luckily there was no wait. We tried White Grape Makgeolli and it was delicious. Side dishes, corn cheese, and chicken wings were delicious as usual.Spacious environment. The vibe was more of a drinking place. The only downside was that the staff may not be super attentive as they usually got a lot of customers in and out.

Deliciously bomb chicken. I had heard the rumors but never actually had it myself until I did and I must say I was very satisfied with the amount and the size of their chicken wings. They have a juicy inside and crispy outside and the sweet/spicy ones? Oh my lord! Straight heaven. I've been there 3x now it feels like the food gets better and better. They young ladies who greet you are awesome and helpful and the restaurant gives you that warm n cozy feeling at night. I will definitely continue to those chicken wings off their hands. Trust me, it's my pleasure.

My friend and I came on a relatively cold day for quick drinks and warm food. This is THE PLACE for chicken wings. We got a total of 3 items - the half/half chicken wings, kimchi fried rice, and pork on the bone hot pot. The place is relatively big and warm. The big steaming pot came out with rice. It was fall off the bone, savory and nicely seasoned. It was such a good way to economize a meal with friends. The chicken wings were crispy, juicy, and amazing. One was glazed and the other half was plaine wings. The plaine wings even stood out. I hands down feel like this is a big contender for chicken wings in the Seattle area. We even had leftovers to bring home, and overall would come again!

Dawa is my #1 Korean Fried Chicken spot in Washington. Their chicken is tender, juicy, crispy, and everything you could ask for from a fried chicken. My friends and I got the yang nyum and geok han chicken for dinner and a lot of us hadn't eaten that day yet, so this meal was heavenly. No other place serves as big of pieces as Dawa!! You get whole chicken breasts in there it's insane. When you bite into a piece, the juices just explode in your mouth (in a good way) and has the perfect texture of soft meat and crunchy skin. That kitchen was cooking!!! The prices are reasonable as well. Couldn't get a picture of it but we also got the seafood pancake and corn cheese. Best seafood pancake ever and the corn cheese was cleaned off the plate within 30 seconds. In terms of service, we had to wait for a while for our chicken because it was a pretty busy night. However, the servers were so kind and gave us complementary drinks on the house for waiting. The seafood pancake and corn cheese came pretty quickly though! They also give out wet wipes for when you're fingers get all saucy which is so sweet. Also, love the vibe of the place. It felt like a lot of the pubs I went to in Korea and had a very welcoming feel to it. Always love seeing the Jinro frog in display. Anyway Dawa 10/10 you have my heart and I wish I could come more often but Lynnwood is so far.

Officially my favorite Korean place! I looked for so many places but only Dawa has the Korean blood sausage. I ordered the steamed one but got the stir fried one. The staff told me they don't do steamed one anymore. And they gave me a free beer for the confusion. The stir fried blood sausage was just as good as the one I had in east coast. Not overly spicy and perfect chewiness. Fried wings: 5/5 the skin is soooo crispy and I love how they separate the wing and the sauce.Intestine: 5/5 it was deepest fried and then stir fried with seasoning and some veggies. So crispy, juicy and satisfying.I would definitely come back again.

Amazing Korean fried chicken! Fun place, family friendly, you can draw on the walls, and very low key. We did try the rice cake and korean pancake too all were yummy, I don't know what they do to their fry batter but it's so crunchy and light, but full of flavor and their chicken is fried perfectly

Small Korean restaurant in Lynnwood on Hwy 99 in a plaza with a bunch of other Korean restaurants. The place closes late and gets pretty busy on weekend nights, but we arrived early (before 6pm) for dinner and there were still open tables. Their menu is two pages, but has the signature Korean dishes and some alcohol. Fried chicken is one of the most prominent items on the menu. We got the fried chicken wings to start. 6 pieces and has a choice of sauce. Pretty big meaty chicken wing pieces. Nice crispy outside, juicy on the inside, not much batter. For the mains, the 3 of us shared a "pork on the bone" (words directly from the menu) hotpot, which is gamjatang as far as I could tell. Huge pot with a lot of very meaty pork neck/backbone pieces, along with pieces of potato and a little bit of veggies. Bold, delicious flavor with the pork broth and seasonings, and it's the first gamjatang I've had that was a little spicy. Really hits the spot on a cold winter day. You can also ask for refill of broth. Total bill was $63 including tax and tip, so averages to about $20 a person, which is definitely not expensive in this day and age.

Food: my brother ordered to go one time and brought it home for a family party. Ever since trying that I knew I had to come down and order my own! I ended up getting the beef intestine and the half and half chicken which was the spicy and galbi flavor. OMG, it was so good! The intestines were perfectly cooked and the stir fry even had some teokkboki I. It which was a very very pleasant surprise! The chicken was flavorful and very juicy! Service: I was so bummed that I didn't get to eat in the restaurant, the staff was so nice from when you walk in to when I got my order! They were very insightful and very personable! They even made some recommendations that I will take the next time I am in town! Ambiance: it's so cute inside! If you've ever watched kdrama and have seen the scenes where the people are eating at a restaurant that's very homey and casual this is the place! I definitely will make a trip to dine-in in the future!
