Davino's is a great place for a special occasion or an important business meeting, but it can really add up. The food can be pretty great, especially the seafood and steak. The bread they bring out in the beginning was amazing too! However, the desserts, apps, and drinks were mostly okay. I think the main dishes are really where it's at, I would also pass on the gnocchi or pastas, it didn't seem to be this strong suit. The service was decent and this location is nice since it's by the water, if you get a window table you can have a great view. Overall, I don't think it's necessarily worth the price, but for a special occasion it's definitely worth trying out.Food: 4/5Service: 4/5Ambiance: 3/5 (can get very noisy inside)Value: 3/5Overall: 3.5/5

It's unfortunate how poorly this Davio's treats customers. My family dines atleast a dozen plus times across a year. Mother's Day, any special occasions, we would go to this location. The last few times I've visited with reservations, I've been left standing in the lobby for 30+ minutes. Today after waiting 20 minutes (with a reservation) I was told it would be atleast another 15 minutes and that I'm "4th in line." All while there is still open reservations available online to book. Why have a reservation if you consistently cannot accommodate them? The greed in overselling your tables is ignorant and inconsiderate. It's ironic that they sell a book here "It's all About the Guest" which is not the case.

This is my favorite restaurant in Boston and this is my 9y/o favorite restaurant too. (She's been to all the high end restaurants in Boston) I love the extremely tall ceilings with the tall white pillars. It makes me feel like I'm in Greece. They have such a large menu and can basically make any dish gluten-free. My favorite dish is the "foie gras" with a nice peach marmalade sauce. It's the best around! The vibe is so chill and vibrant. The waiters have always been SO NICE and attentive. We've been here about 20 times and this is my to go restaurant to have a good meal, a drink and good conversations.

Decent restaurant in the Boston Logan International Airport, but the prices were way too high for the amount of food that you get. The steak was decent, but not what you would expect from a real steakhouse. My main gripe is the significantly high prices. $70 for a salad with 2 small pieces of steak.

Didn't like any of the apps (spring rolls, meatballs, carpaccio). Main course (scallops) were well cooked and creamed corn was great. Overall not worth the price. Very crowded for a Tuesday night though!

The food was absolutely incredible! We got the seafood tower and it was so decadent and the crab was easily the best I've ever eaten!! I also got the surf and turf, it was way too much food for me and we could have shared an entree after the seafood tower!! The wait staff was amazing and so helpful and kind! I would absolutely recommend Davio's!!!

Every great restaurant has a bad night once in a while...My wife and I were in Boston recently (a Monday night) to pick up a rental wheelchair van for a family member traveling to Mass General the following day. It was the night of continuous rain and just a crappy day. I said to her at around 8:30 after the pickup, " let's grab a bite to eat while we're here... because neither of us will feel like cooking dinner later. So, I tossed out a few thoughts and since we were near the Seaport district, and having confirmed that they had valet parking... called and said we're right around the corner. Done deal!!PS. We've been here many times and knew it was one of their best, as Steve lives in the condo complex in the same building and in fact had just left prior to our arrival. Ok. Enough of the background...We arrived. $27 per vehicle to valet... ouch. Greeted warmly but the hostess tried to seat us at a high top, clearly seeing me with a cane. After asking why we couldn't be seated at a table (they were obviously trying to not open another area in the dining room) they did seat us at a window table. Sadly, it was pitch black and pouring. Ok, the food and the atmosphere:1. It was a busy late night. Lots of noise and I had to yell at my wife for her to hear me. Common Steve, install some sound dampers!!2. Ordered a round of drinks while we looked at the well known menu. Gets a 103. I ordered an appetizer, sautéed chicken livers. Always a killer. Another 104. For entree's, my wife ordered the 10 oz Filet Mignon. No sides. Just the beef. She's a medium to medium well girl (barely pink) I know, don't go there...5. I ordered the veal tenderloin that comes with mashed and asparagus. Results: Their famous popovers were awful. Shocked we were. They were dried up and had been under some heat light for hours. Gets a 1...The chicken livers were good, not their usual great. Soggy and well, not enjoyable. Gets a 5...My wife's steak arrived with my order... hers was bloody red??? What?? She asked politely if it could be cooked a bit longer. No problem said the waiter. Now she's waiting and my plate is in front of me. Politely, she says..." go ahead and start while it's still hot!!Guess what... it was barely warm!! I cut into the veal, it was almost "raw". Ok. My turn to ask, " can you please flash this under your char broiled flame. No worries I'm told. Now we're both sitting there, no food... the popover's were like toast.. sip more cause this is clearly not their usual crew behind the line. Out they both came, so... they both deserve nothing higher than a 4... Waitstaff was excellent. Just a bad and expensive night for two loyal and hungry fans!!Ciao...

For a filling and delicious dinner including drinks, dessert, a Boston Harbour view, my Galentine and I spent about $100/per person We loved their variety of steak options, cooked how you prefer, that also came with unique sauces to dip and their bread which was crispy on the outside and super soft on the inside! The brussel sprouts had a citrus flavor that paired addictingly with its roasted flavor and the truffle aioli was to die for with the parmigiano fries‼It was super cute how they have a 3D dessert cart as their menu, and we enjoyed the warm, crispy butter cake's contrast with its cold vanilla gelato on topWe left super full and satisfied, definitey would come again for a special occasion‼What we ordered:Davio's Meatballs, CaciocavalloCrispy Brussel Sprouts, Sherry CitrusParmigiano Fries, Truffle Aioli8 oz Center Cut Filet Mignon w/ Prezzemolata sauce8 oz 55 Day Aged Strip Steak w/ Bearnaise sauceWarm Butter Cake w/ Vanilla Gelato, Bourbon Orange Crème Anglaise, Blackberries

I took my mom and wife here for a night out before seeing a show in town. I was excited to get a well cooked steak and experience some high class service and we got just that! Our servers were so good I didn't even realize when they swapped our appetizer forks/knives with our dinner ones. I think I saw a server with a stain on his shirt one minute and the next he comes out with a brand new clean outfit- awesome! The food was top notch - we started with the tuna tartar and the famous Philly cheesesteak spring-rolls. My mother and I both got the surf and turf - my medium rare filet was cooked PERFECT. 10/10 would come here again :)
