Daruma Sushi/Roll/Noodle

I recently discovered this amazing sushi and ramen spot after living in the area since 2009, and I am blown away by the experience. James, our server, went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic meal despite a busy night. He was quick and efficient, yet still made us feel relaxed and unhurried.We went with James's favorites and they did not disappoint. The Saigon roll was my favorite. For happy hour we tried the Halloween roll and we were hesitant to try the Vegas roll since we have had so many times but James said "ours is different than others" then he proceeded to explain why. He was absolutely on point with everything he recommended. He was also very kind and attentive considering how busy he was.Overall, the service, food, and ambiance of this restaurant exceeded our expectations. James's recommendations were spot on, and his kindness and attentiveness made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We can't wait to return and try more of the delicious offerings at this gem of a restaurant.

It had been almost 4 years since I last dined here. We weren't too hungry so decided to grab a light bite. The menu is very different than what I remember. They offer a happy hour menu all day Monday thru Thursdays and 11:30-4 pm on Fridays. Hubs always orders spicy tuna roll $5.95, and I ordered a Halloween roll $7.95 ( shrimp salad, cucumber, masago and avocado) it was light and tasty especially with the sauce that was on the side. We also got a free order of gyoza with Yelp check in. It ended up being a very cheap lunch! The regular prices seemed very reasonable too. Service was very friendly and fast. Would definitely come again when we have a bigger appetite as I want to try their ramen and other rolls.

So good!!! They are always busy with a line anytime we wanted to go so we ordered takeout one night and it was AMAZING!!! We always order take out now and generally they have our order ready witching 20-30 minutes, tops! Their sushi rolls (to go) come in a cute sushi box too, which i think a nice touch, not just 3 rolls placed inside a styrofoam to-go container.

The waiter was very friendly and welcoming. Stopped in for a team lunch. I ordered the salmon sashimi, salmon roll, and miso soup. The food was delicious and I must say the salmon sashimi was fresh!The service is great! I would definitely be back!

This place has been on my list for some time now and it did not disappoint! Ordered Heart Attack jalapeños to start, which stayed nice and crunchy even after being fried. Followed by mayu tonkotsu with a spice level of 3 (and extra spice on the side) which has amazing pork that has a good sear on it that carried over once being put in the ramen. And I love that this place has lychee Soju with some Kirin. Will definitely be back here.

Stopped in here on the way back from far East Mesa. It was a little past the normal lunch time and we were warmly greeted and seated right away. We ordered gyoza, spicy miso ramen and chicken teriyaki. The latter came with miso soup that was served first. Next came the teriyaki...on a hot sizzling plate! Wow. Generous chunks of chicken were sizzling upon a bed of zucchini and onion that caramelized beautifully as the plate cooled. This may be our new standard by which future teriyaki is compared!It was easily 105 degrees outside but my tastebuds wanted ramen! Opted for the spicy miso ramen with chicken and that was a good choice. Expecting chunks of chicken, I was surprised that it came with kaarage (fried) chicken, which was superbly seasoned and a great complement to the ramen. This was traditional straight noodle ramen and the noodles were perfectly cooked. The gyoza? They were basic gyoza. Doubtful they were anything other than premade gyoza. If the chefs want to kick it up a notch, they should try making them from scratch since everything else was so very good. The strip mall that houses this shop has at least five other Asian restaurants. They might all be good, but try Daruma first.

OMG so good! Customer service was the best I've had in a long time (We had a young man with longer hair and blonde on bottom). He was very attentive and the food came out quick. The ramen is sooo good here. We ordered Mayu tonkotsu ramen and the Chashu pork had a unique grilled/ char flavor I enjoyed and never had anywhere else.Ps Spice levels are available from level 1- 5

Great atmosphere! Really fresh fish and great service. We are gluten intolerant and love the few sushi roll options. Sushi is our favorite and definitely recommended this spot.

Always delicious sushi i highly recommend this place its the only Japanese restaurant that cheap good quality and nice service

oh my god! I've been looking for a great ramen place and I've finally found it!! totally amazing! I could eat here everyday! I got the Gyoza Dumplings and mayo tonkotsu ramen and my Husband got the sapporo miso butter ramen
