I have ordered several meals through MealPal: Pad Thai, Pad See Eiw with Chicken. Pad Thai has been consistently good, Pad See Eiw needs a bit of umph (I usually add more soy sauce & hot sauce to it).Today, my coworker and I decided to treat ourselves and dine in. Service was pretty quick, and the ambiance was nice. I didn't try my coworker's Bamee Noodles (which she added BBQ Pork & soup), so I can only speak for my lunch. The lunch special was decently priced ($14.99 with extra fees for different choice of meat). My spicy basil was salty and my crab rangoons were burnt. It was a bit disappointing, especially since the filling was very good. If they cut back on the salt and focus on the flavor, it would be really good. A minute less on the crab Rangoons, it would have been perfect. Four stars, however, because our take-out was pretty consistent.

I typically dont write review but this place needs to stand out. We are from LA and this was our first time to visit Chicago. We stayed at the Embassy suite hotel which is a 5min walk from this restaurant. We were craving thai food hence we stumbled at this spot. We were greeted with a very friendly server. I wasnt able to get her name (by the way, she is a keeper) She was so courteous and made sure we had all our plates, utensils and water or anything we need since we had kids before our food will be served. We ordered cucumber salad, chicken satay, pad sew ew with beef and the thai spring roll. The food was quick and thank God it was since we were starving..it was already 745ish pm and we had a long day from walking around downtown. The cucumber salad and the thai spring roll was served first. And man!! That was our first time to eat the thai style spring roll. We were surprised it was sooo good. At first i thought it was the fried style but it wasnt. So i told the waitress that how come their spring roll was not fried. She politely answered that it was a different name on the menu and she offered to change it for us.. i said no. We loved it!!! It was gone less than a minute lol. Then the rest of our food came. It was quick!! We were surprised with the beef on pad sew ew.. it was really tender!!! My husband is a picky eater and he LOOOOVVEDD the food!! He was sooo happy with the beef. We had to compliment everyone (i dont know if the other staff was the owner-she was also very friendly lady) we thought we have food to go but all our food was gone! Lol too bad this was our last day in chicago! We would have known, we would've ate here everyday!! I highly recommend this place!! Come and check them out!

We had a hard time looking for a place to eat at for lunch during Christmas as only a few restaurants were open and thank God this place served authentic, flavorful and enjoyable thai cuisine. The place was big enough and had a lot of tables but only 2 servers were there during the time we dined so it was a bit slow. The food was amazing! Everything we ordered was good and the portions were good for sharing. I definitely recommend trying this place. What we ordered:-appetizer: fried tofu, satay chicken, dao platter, chicken wings-noodles: Pad Woon Sen and Singapore Noodles-entrees: chicken red curry and salmon curry

I'd say this place is more like 3.5/5. I recently ordered Massaman Curry with Tofu for dinner. I felt the gravy was a bit thick and the rice quantity wasn't enough. Also, I expected them to at least add a few more veggies rather than just onions and potatoes. I've dined with them in-person as well in the past, and the ambiance is just like any other regular Thai restaurant. The taste is good and hence I keep going back to it but the quality can be slightly better and they can make a couple of improvements in terms of service.

This restaurant was very tasty. I'm in town for business and a fellow coworker recommended it to me.I wasn't super hungry but I did see they had mango sticky rice on the menu, which I love. When I arrived, I asked about it, but unfortunately they mostly have mangoes on the weekends, the server said to come back Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. They did have sticky rice with custard which I ordered, and it's more of like a cake than a custard, but it was still delicious.I didn't want to get a big entree but I did get an order of the chicken satay, with peanut sauce and a cucumber salad, and the peanut sauce was also delicious. It was a little bit spicy but I tend to be a wimp with spice so for most people it might not be spicy.Be aware of this is located at 230 East Ohio Street and if you're coming from the West side of the street, you'll see an apartment building with the same number... Keep on walking and you'll find the restaurant. I would definitely come back here again when in town, looked like they did a good takeout business as well.

Ordered online takeout through their website for lunch rush. Seemed like a family AAPI run business with some regulars. The wait staff and manager were friendly even though I had to wait longer than my expected time. It seemed like they work with a few delivery services so there were a few orders already out when I arrived. Curry fried rice was solid. Pad see ew was also solid. Chicken was the standard protein without an up charge for most entrees I clicked on. Both boxes were quite filled which was nice to see. Both were on the pricier side but I think it is on par with the prices for lunch in the area. Would have been cool to eat inside if we had time. They had some soft lighting and velveted seats and cultural decor.

The staff was so accommodating to us! We were in a hurry to catch the train and they got us out quick. The food was really good and the inside was very clean! Will be back very soon!

This is a reasonably priced Thai food restaurant in Streeterville. They have indoor as well as patio seating - we opted for outside that had pretty ambiance. The service was okay though. And the overall taste wasn't that great. We ordered Gyoza to start with - they were over fried and almost tasted burnt. We also ordered the Masaman Curry with tofu - it was a bit tangy. Okayish experience overall.

Appetizers are not hot. We ordered and after 3-4 mins we already got our chicken wings and satay. its not new and fresh. Im a padthai lover, but sadly this is the worst padthai ever. Will never go back here! Promise! Sorry but waste of money.

Came in and had their lunch special, it's advertised outside, but I had to ask for the menu as they only give out the full menu when you walk in. Their green curry was lovely, lots of veg and a nice spicy kick to it
