Dan Moo Ji

Danmooji is great and a wonderful place to eat when you feel like Korean finger foods. My wife came here for lunch while getting our cars worked on at a nearby mechanic and enjoyed our meal very much. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was very comfortable and felt hip.We haven't been here since 2014 so it was nice to see them doing well after so many years and it looks like they remodeled the place so the location felt clean and well kept.4 solid stars and 2 thumbs up.Thank you for a great meal!

My go to korean place for my donkatsu cravings! their portions great for their prices. I always get their pork cutlet and this time I got the one with spicy sauce. FYI their spicy is spicy. This is coming from a Korean that likes spicy so keep that in mind. Their food is always on point and never disappoints. I saw that they have recently updated their menu and so have yet to try other new items but I am very happy with all the items I have tried. They have a lot of tables and accommodates bigger parties too. The food comes out very quickly and every time I go, the staff is super attentive and fast and quick and friendly. Food also comes out pretty fast which is a huge plus for big back like me. Will be back :)

My friend picked this place for a quick dinner on a Saturday. Immediately walking in, I was hit by the delicious smell of sesame oil, which is always a great sign! We got seated right away by the kind host who was also our waiter. The meal started with their complimentary flavorful simple broth and two sides of daikon. This was my first time having a burdock kimbob which pleasantly tasted exactly how I imagined it was going to. The bbokki was a perfect portion for 1 and having the hot sauce on the side was the play since it is incredibly concentrated so be careful! The sauce was thick, sweet, and spicy, perfect for dipping. To top it off, the dakgangjeong was crispy and matched the palate of all the other dishes. Overall, I had a great experience. The food is phenomenally prepared and seasoned plus the prices are sooo cheap! I will absolutely love to come back again and recommend others to check them out too.

I think the food is okay overall. There's better katsu places, but I think Dan moo ji is great for its cheap prices and kimbap! I really like the tonkatsu kimbap!Service overall is pretty fast, but if there is a large party, expect a little bit of a wait. All staff are very nice.The place itself is very clean and has plenty of seating. Great for lunch!

My favorite place to eat with friends back in high school. The staff was very nice. My personal favorite dish is fish cake udon and the fried wings which is super crispy and has some huge wedge potatoes in it. Very authentic Korean street food!

Love Dan moo ji for a quick bite. We got the toppoki and added ramen and cheese. We were only looking for a quick bite and this really hit the spot. Even though the portion was for one, we shared and was still filling. The sauce was sweet and spicy. The service here was really friendly as well. The only thing I didn't like was the cheese cause it wasn't super melted. They also serve a yummy and hot broth. Would definitely be back to try their other items.

Fast casual spot. Dine-in or order and carry out. Feels like a K-Pop joint. K-Pop videos playing by the counter. QR code to order or a menu is available as well. We ordered the two person extra spicy tteokbokki, kimchi Kimbap, spicy tuna Kimbap, spicy grilled chicken Kimbap (not breaded chicken) and the deep fried combination. Added one more spicy tuna Kimbap. $50.34 The broth drink is actually good, tastes good with the food for sure, it's good since they don't have hot barley or corn tea at all. The extra spicy tteokbokki is good, nice heat. The rice cake is still decently chewy. The two pickled cubed radishes are a nice banchan and accompaniment to the food consumed. The fried potato and the squid are both good. The kimmari is okay, maybe too big for what it is, thus too many potato noodles. The squid is a bit heavy on the tempura batter. The rolls are packed fully. The spicy chicken roll has two to three small pieces of chicken in it, quite nice. It's a good roll. The kimchi roll is decent, it has the perilla leaf, which wasn't expected. Not too bad. The spicy tuna was the better of the 3 rolls, slightly sweet with the yellow pickled radish in it. I do think all of their spicy rolls would be much better with fresh Jalapeño over the pickled jalapeño.

Found this place on Yelp near my office and decided to try for lunch one day- this place is delicious!! I ordered the Bulgogi Kimbab and the Fish Skewer with Soup and both were delicious. The kimbab was like sushi, but with delicious beef bulgogi inside. I didn't even get a photo before I tried one. The fish cake soup is so comforting and I would highly recommend it while you're sick, but even when not sick, I heavily enjoyed it and it was a comforting dish. The employees were kind and efficient and the place looked very clean. There were K-pop music videos playing on the TV, which as a K-pop stan, was entertaining as I waited for my order to be ready. Highly recommend this place and I would love to come back and try other dishes on the menu!

Absolutely love this spot!! I've come here a couple of times and it always hits the spot. My boyfriend and I share the Lovely Combo which comes with Ddukbbokii, Kimmari, Fish Cake and a kimbap roll! Let me tell you the fish cake soup is literally my favorite item in this whole set. The broth is so flavorful without being too rich, and I will always get a container to go because I just can't get enough. The ddukbbokii is also a huge portion, you can also add additional food such as cheese & ramen! The kimmari is crispy and delicious dipped in the ddukbbokii too! The ambiance is casual with some kpop videos playing in the background, but everyone there is just enjoying the food & the servers are also really sweet! Def recommend coming here for some good Korean food.
