Let's talk about it. I'm in Dallas for the weekend for the NAGVA Volleyball Tournament and I ended up on the strip as soon as I landed. My level of hunger was at 1000 and I wanted something good. Oh yes, treat me well Dallas. I stumbled upon Zio Al's and based on the in and out activity of people placing orders, I knew I had to give it a try... Walking in, you get the feel of your everyday carry-out, however, their chairs are super nice and padded. Truth be told, they remind me of the club chairs in Atlanta. LoL! In any case, the design is simple and the establishment is clean. Getting to the counter, the cashier's service was definitely a turn off. 1) he didn't acknowledge me at all, 2) he was on his personal phone having a personal conversation, and 3) he continued his conversation and told me to wait a moment! Yes. Deplorable service! However, it was after 10pm so my expectations of service were minimal by this time otherwise I wouldn't have spent my money there. Moving past the service, the menu has a great variety that is sure to cure any craving one might have. As I'm from Boston but reside in Atlanta, I miss a good Chicken Parm... Guess what they have on their menu... Yep! Chicken Parm. Deciding on the Chicken Parmesan Sub meal, I placed my order and had a seat. The food is made to order so having some wait time was anticipated. It only took about 10-15 minutes and my order was at the table fresh and smelling amazing. The Chicken Parm:Then the bread was perfectly toasted. The chicken was super meaty and perfectly done. Instead of the chicken patty version of the Parm, they did chucks of chicken. Not only does this enhance the experience but it also helps bring the natural juices of the chicken into every bite more which is always a win. The sauce tasted homemade and was made to perfection. It sat well with the chicken and wasn't runny. The cheese was the bombbbbbbbbbbb. The perfect amount with the perfect bake and perfect amount of burn. I'm talking SPOT ON!I'll be honest, the chicken parm was absolutely superb. Please don't be surprised if I tell you I went back before my flight back home. I think I need one more while I'm here and one more to take home with me.

I ordered off of Uber eats and the pizza looked tasty! It was made correctly and overall tasted good. The issue is there was no pizza sauce/marinara sauce on the pizza. It seemed like some kind of oil was on the crust prior to toppings but no red sauce. I know some places make pizzas differently so I checked the website for what their pizza base included and they do use marinara sauce -- I just didn't get any. Bummer--- because I love pizza and I'm a sauce girl , so the pizza sauce is MY FAVORITE PART OF MY PIZZA! And I didn't get any. The delivery also did not include my side of ranch I paid for-- so at this point I was down 2 sauces and too hungry to whine at that moment-- but here I am now. Would be willing to try this place again and emphasis please add sauce and add my Ranch to the bag. I would order in the lobby though not by app! Trust issues.

Food was fine. You need more than 1 person doing every job to run a business successfully. Not having anyone at your register hurts your business. No glasses, no artificial sweeteners, few napkins, The ambiance is ok but you have to make more of an effort. To make money you've got to spend money. I wasn't greeted warmly as a customer. I couldn't ask any questions because you were in the kitchen. Come on you can do better.

Review 0f Chicken Alfredo Pizza & Supreme Lovers PizzaDelivered to work...They were winners! Alfredo Pizza was loved by all! Under the cheese, the chicken & Alfredo sauce filled our mouths with every bite. An instant favorite by all 4 of us.It was only my favorite but I loved the Supreme Lovers Pizza. It was filled with veggies and sweet tomato sauce! The Alfredo pizza vanished into our tummy's instantly while I got to take home the supreme lovers leftovers!! I popped it in the air fryer and fed my belly all of it haha! Tasted just as delicious!!!!The pricing seams normal for delivery!I would totally get these pizzas again!!! I even want to try others !

Zio Al's Pizza has quickly become my favorite pizza delivery. I've only ordered through grub-hub so that is the only interactions I have had with Zios. The restaurant packages everything nicely even going as far to put the salad dressing in a cute paper bag.The pizza is legit, yo. When you order you have a lot of options from hand tossed to deep dish. All of the times I have ordered I have chosen New York style. I'm not a pizza expert, but I love this style. Just the right amount of pizza sauce, the right amount of gooey cheese, and toppings o'plenty. Don't sleep on the Zios classic pizza which is made with garlic oil instead of pizza sauce. It is great. I've ordered their chicken caeser salad and it is a basic as caeser can be, but I still love it and am grateful for the chicken already being cut up in bite sized pieces.I will definitely explore more of the menu but this pizza has piece of my heart (I really wanted to say "pizza my heart" lol).

Never been inside the place but whenever I stay in Dallas for work I get a nice flyer from the clerk at the hotel I have been using them for years after things have closed up shop at 10pm

Darn it Zio's - you could've been good. You were setup for success. You had the backing of our entire community. Yet, here we are. You're the only place near the hood that does Gyro's and you legit put a slice of turkey bacon on my gyro . Y'all are PLAYING with me if you say I wasn't hungry after I ate that thing. The fries were extra crispy though

IMPECCABLE service, food came out nice and hot and the man at the counter was very nice, philly cheesesteak was also delicious 10/10; the place is also very cute and clean!

I love this place and they have some really good pizzas. Unfortunately, I ordered a pizza and did not specify my crust and was very disappointed, but trust me if you ordered the way you like you're gonna get one of the best taste and pizzas that I know about it's really really, really, really really really really really really really good so get your cell phone down there and get you some of that pizza and make sure you order the type you want and amazing pizza experience
