Zero Latency

Took family for son's birthday and played Outbreak which was great! Will be going back to try out the Singularity game.

The VR concept is fun. But it took us 20+ mins to get started with all the technical issues and profile resetting. We were the only group scheduled for that day, so not sure why it was so difficult to accommodate us. The best part of the experience is the video, so we could see how crazy we all looked while playing. Grant was the guy we worked with and promised he would throw in the video for free due to all the delays in getting us started. Of course we never received the video. After about a week, I called and they gave a pretty lame excuse about sometimes the videos get too big and get corrupted. Then they said the next time we come in we would get the video at no charge. I told the lady that's what Grant said this time too and we don't have anything. why would I spend another $300+ and get nothing to show for it. Plus we were visiting from Ohio. Trust me, it's not worth the money. And to not attempt to compensate our group for the inconvenience is pretty poor customer service, especially when the place is as slow as it is during the week. I was supposed to get a phone call from the manager Austin 2 days ago. Of course he didn't call either. With this type of service, you would think they won't be open too much longer. Please families, businesses, etc, save your money and patron another business.
