Zeppole

Zeppole's is inside of the Gaylord hotel. It's absolutely stunning. It has the appearance of being outdoors when it's not. Very romantic and quaint. Great location for a special occasion. When I tell you they made us feel special, I mean it! Our waitress, Savanah, was so kind and funny. The waiters replaced our water constantly and checked in on us. Definitely made us feel cared for. Now, getting to the most important part- the food was phenomenal!!! Everything was SO good!!! From the salmon to the vodka pasta. The asparagus, Brussel sprouts, corn risotto, and chocolate dessert. Everything was delicious. Even their free bread rolls were to die for! I don't remember the last meal I had where I was so satisfied with the food! If you like good quality food then this is the place for you!

We stayed at the Gaylord Texan Resort and had dinner at Zeppole, which we always do when we stay at Gaylord. We always have had a good experience and this time was no exception.The ambience is extremely attractive. You sit "outside" in a temperature controlled environment. The restaurant is upscale casual and is suitable for families, a special occasion, or a formal dinner. Our server, Allie, was exceptional. She was personable and friendly. Our food was outstanding. The wife loved her butternut squash soup. I loved my wedge salad, which is a bit of a different take than the usual but it worked. I had a spicy pasta dish with seafood (mussels, shrimp, scallops) and really enjoyed it. The spice level had a kick but did not overpower the seafood.The wife enjoyed her duck confit although it would have been a bit hotter. The child loved her pasta and red sauce, as usual, because the pasta is fresh.Drinks were excellent, I recommend the Italian margarita which had really good flavor. Everyone enjoyed the dessert, the name of which I forget but it had chocolate balls, some kind of cherry cream, and oats on the side. It sounds strange but it was delicious. Overall, a very enjoyable meal. We will return the next time we are at Gaylord.

We went here for our anniversary dinner! We went on a Sunday night and it wasn't too crowded. We ordered the burrata as an appetizer and then ordered the ravioli a la vodka and the chicken fettuccini Alfredo. Both were really good! The ambiance was very fun and romantic being inside of grapevine. It felt like we were outside but really you're not. We would come back but would likely try other places before w

The hours said this restaurant is open until 10pm. My family and party were put out and it was a huge inconvenience. Very disappointed from the resort.

While recently staying at The Gaylord Texan, we elected to have dinner here. This restaurant is evidently only open for dinner. They evidently only take patrons with a reservation, which we had made. Thankfully the concierge had made us aware of it in advance. The restaurant is really lovely, because of the atrium and the time we arrived the sun was shining in my husband's eyes which was a little annoying, but eventually it started to set and it got better. Service was friendly and efficient. We started with some meatballs as an appetizer. They were very good. The bread was excellent. I ordered the Short Rib Sugo with pasta. My husband had a Cesar Salad. Food was good, but not great. But the service and ambience made up for it.

I had the chance to visit Zeppole while at a conference. The lobster pasta was a highlight and their garlic bread is amazing! Worth stopping by if you're in Grapevine.

While visiting the Gaylord Texan there are very few options food wise without leaving the resort. Only open for dinner for a few hours, you need to make sure that you make a reservation. Luckily this can be done online. But be prepared to wait either way. As there are many large groups. That being said, the food is average, but not great for the prices. The soup I had was excellent, but the pasta wasn't good nor very flavorful. The service was good. The wait staff was attentive. The ambiance of the restaurant was very nice, although very loud. Most of the patrons here are staying for conferences and are very loud and heavy drinkers. So not a place for a quiet dinner.

Came here for dinner without reservations around 5:30 PM and I was able to snag a table at the bar area. Complimentary bread was delish! Soft, pillowy, cheese yumminess that I kind of wanted another. Ordered the Frutti Di Mare for my entree and it was so good. Plump shrimp, mussels, and fresh pasta in slightly spicy sauce.Service was great. Water was constantly refilled and very attentive.

Modest recommendation on Zeppole. Loved the atmosphere snd being able to sit outside while still being inside. We had a resy and were seated promptly. Service was attentive but a tad slow and the restaurant was not busy. Food was the bright spot. Excellent oysters. Seafood appetizers were good as were the scallops and brussels. Overall evening, good not great.

Amazing hotel and loved the ambiance of Zeppole. The service we got from Ashita was amazing, top notch! Extremely friendly, very personable and 100% service oriented. She made our experience memorable. The bread was delicious. Unfortunately the pasta for two of the dishes were overcooked but everyone else enjoyed their entrees. The ribeye was perfect. The desserts were tasty and beautiful! Would love to visit again when visiting the area.
