Had a great time celebrating my birthday brunch with friends except that it was disappointing to have a reservation at 2:15 and to not be seated until after the brunch menu had ended - which was 3'clock... The aesthetic was nice. The food was decent. The cocktails were good. Victor our server was fun.

Came here with a group for a girlfriend's birthday dinner on a Sunday early evening. Its a cute space, probably more focused on the ambiance and vibes than anything else. Food was just okay, we ordered multiple appetizers to share and a few people ordered entrees. Note they offer 1/2 price appetizers and signature cocktails on Wednesday and Sunday evenings, which was a nice surprise. Overall, the drinks were better than the food--best bite was a toss between the crudite plate and the shrimp spring roll. Service was not great, especially since the restaurant wasnt packed. We had to search for our server a few times (had to ask another server for refills, the check, etc) and she came out with an incorrect order and argued with us about it. Not a fan of their valet, which takes up the entire private parking lot. If you want to park yourself, you're relegated to street parking. Overall, a mid experience, wont be back unless compelled by another friend.

XOXO is a vibe haven. The venue is all pink and the interior design follows that same color palette - probably why so many people celebrate birthdays here and dress accordingly to match the aesthetic. I visited XOXO for a Galentine's Day celebration. The menu was minimal because of the number of people and I will say I was disappointed because I wanted an item from the regular menu. I ordered the salmon and rice and it was OK. Overall, the food was fine, nothing spectacular. Yet, if you're a foodie, just know this is a place to go for the vibes and Insta-worthy snaps, not food.

Horrible Service! I have never ever been rushed in a restaurant like that, the waitress was there every 20 second until we ordered, she kept reminding us we have 90 minutes for the table. We were a party of 5, and one of us was not ready to order yet, he said just give me a minute, however, she brought other people's order and asked him to give order afterwards. Super unprofessional!! The food wasn't good either, I got the short rib, the meat cooked very well, but smelled really bad, you could tell it has been on a freezer for few weeks! Good things: the vibe of the place was good, so many spots for taking instagramable photos, the drinks quality was great too! (I got the Make me Blush)I would definitely not gonna come back here and I think people should avoid these places and let the business owners know, valuing a customer is more important than making a photo hub, at the end of the day, a restaurant job is to serve food and service!

I have such mixed feelings about this place. First, let me start off by saying that it's made for instagram. The entire place is decorated so girly & extravagant. You can't help but have a little photo shoot. The restaurant is huge & can accommodate large groups too. I came here to celebrate a friend's birthday & while the vibes & aesthetic were great, I can't say a lot positive things for the other areas. First, the service is painfully slow. Like it took 45 minutes to get mimosas for 6 people. The food is so so so bad too. I would compare it to the quality to IHOP but for $30-50 per person. There's a 100% chance it will come cold too. They did have a cupcake carousel for the birthday girl & that was fun for dessert. Overall, I would return, but I would eat beforehand & have lower expectations. It's a fun place, but anticipate you'll be there for at least 2 hours. They also don't have a lot of parking & it's valet only. If possible, it's way easier to Uber/Lyft!

Went to XOXO for the 1st time for a friends bday dinner yesterday. The line for valet was insanely long, I heard they only had one guy working. It almost had me and my party late for our reservation. Got the 4 for $75 Patron bottle deal, that cocktail tasted more like a mocktail. It was still good. Ordered the beef skewers and truffle fries, they were fine but cold. Everyone else in my party felt the food was very bland. Our server wasn't any help, we wanted to ask questions or order more items but she would leave our table so fast and go chill in back corner. The restaurant is very aesthetically pleasing but that's just it. Me and my party group were very disappointed in our overall experience at XOXO.

This is a place where you pay for the aesthetic. The decor and pink vibe is so nice and appealing. We sat at the bar so service was prompt and efficient. We got the spicy joule pasta ($27) to share and the half off cocktail hour specials (uptown diva and guilty pleasure both $7.50). I'd recommend getting the drinks during their happy hour since they were good! Both on the sweeter end. The pasta was okay- honestly not spicy as advertised and the portion was great. At $27- I'd prefer to go to eataly for more authentic pasta or Eatzi's and add protein to it. This is overpriced Americanized pasta- it's not bad but in my opinion not worth trying it again. Would come here for a drink or two and skip the dining aspect.

XOXO is an instagramers dream and the interior design is absolutely stunning. The service is top notch as well!Where they lost stars for me is the food and drink unfortunately. First off menu is pretty expensive in my opinion. Also, for being a brunch place they have very limited coffee options and don't bother asking by for hot tea as they don't have it. We got the mimosa flight which was cute but again probably could have gotten bottomless mimosas somewhere else for less. We ordered the chicken and waffles, avocado toast and french toast. The chicken and waffles had good flavor but unfortunately were kind of cold when they came out. The avocado toast was the biggest disappointment. Very little avocado and the "toast" was soggy. The french toast wasn't bad but nothing extravagant. The side potatoes and bacon were both good.Overall we were super disappointed in the food especially for the almost $500 we paid for 6 people.

Awful. Save your money and your time. The food is cafeteria level in quality at best but SO expensive. Drinks are overpriced and sugary, you can barely taste the alcohol. Our server was sweet but she was so overwhelmed and couldn't be super attentive -- also, they automatically add 20% gratuity to your bill which was a surprise at the end of the night. The restaurant looks cheap and outdated, and it is so, so loud inside. Valet only and it gets so busy, so be prepared to wait. The whole experience is a rip off, I promise there are better restaurants in Dallas with good food and a beautiful ambiance!

I would give a 0 stars review if I could, the waitress stole my mother in law's card and then the manager came out and insisted SHE pay the bill even though we had 3 other people to cover the bill. Then they called security even though we were being nothing but respectful, we had children with us.. I will never return here and you shouldn't either.
