Came here for the first time in a couple years, and they're not here.... we'll they are, but they've moved. Brothers still own it, same chef, just a new location. The inside is a lot larger, and the open kitchen like Din Tai Fung. Congrats on the new location.Had the house special wonton, some hot/sour soup, truffle xiaolongbao, and for dessert had sesame balls and had to try the taro xiaolongbao. I've been craving chocolate Xiaolongbao for a while. The house flavor for the wonton is what keeps me coming back. It's like no other sauce I've had. Then the cutlet. Didn't have the stomach for the cutlet tonight though. The hot and sour soup is no joke. Us white people that love it at American Chinese places are in for a jolt. This is waaaaay hotter and a great spicy flavor. Wife loves it.Truffle xiaolongbao is expensive, but definitely something to try. Very "truffley". Not just some powder or oil sprinkled on. Wifey said it's very good, so it must be!!!

Pan Fried Pork Buns, Chicken Udon NoodlesThe pork buns were fantastic! Yummy and steamy and carried well in the delivery. But small and relatively on the pricey side, but worth it imo to have it done right. The chicken udon noodles were sort of bland. They perked up a bit after I mixed in my dad's homemade chili oil though!

We've heard a ton of great things about Wu Wei Din, and it's safe to say that our expectations were met - everything we ate here was delicious. Especially the pork chop fried rice! Absolutely better than the one from Din Tai Fung, everything was so flavorful and came out incredibly fast. The menu is HUGE so it'll take a few visits to try more amazing food!

Went here on date night. It was Sunday and we didn't have to wait at all. Don't bother with signing in for a table they didn't use it. You just go to host like normal. They were very busy with to go orders at the front which made it crowded. We ordered traditional bao soup dumplings, the 3 colors variety of dumplings and crab rangoons. The bao and dumplings I would give a solid 7 out of 10. The creasing on the dumplings was great which shows skills. They were beautiful. Very thin though so they fell apart picking them up so that was disappointing. The rangoons were Uber sweet and not my thing. Id give them a 2 out of 10. Overall I would go back but would try different things next time.

The beef noodle soup has always been a favorite of mine since I started coming eight years ago. Wu Wei Din consistently serves excellent Taiwanese dishes, and while the flavors are definitely enjoyable, they don't always feel the most authentic compared to other spots around. Still, it's a solid go-to for a satisfying meal.

Not sure why they opened another location six minutes away on the same street but decided to give this new location a try! Right off the bat this location is a lot bigger and has the same ambiance as their Lewisville location. I think the two locations off 15th street have very different vibes, this one is more fancy looking whereas the other location is more of a casual vibe. The food was pretty consistent with the other locations. I tried their new beef pancake and it was great - the cucumber adds a nice crunch to it. Service here was great, we were in and out of the restaurant within an hour and the food came out hot every time. Definitely recommend stopping by if you haven't yet!

New favorite restaurant, so good! Have been a few times the last couple of weeks, that's how much we enjoy it. I have tried the crab rangoon, potstickers, orange chicken, mongolian beef, noodles, and fried rice. Everything has been delicious, esp the mongolian beef! Prices are very reasonable for the amount and quality of food.

I went to Wu Wei Ding last night for dine in and ordered large hot sour soup and some other dishes. The taste of food is fine, service is ok except it takes a while to get food ordered. The thing in picture is found in the leftover soup that we take home.

Super delicious! Service was quick and friendly.Everything was fresh and just really delicious. My BIL really enjoyed the beef tendon noodle soup and the boiled trio sampler (it came with tofu, sliced beef, tripe, and pig's ear). Our waitress let us know they had just gotten in some fresh pea shoots since they're seasonal, and they were perfect, not overcooked or over seasoned and more than enough to share with 3 people. The spicy wontons have a pork filling and chili sauce that was spicy and flavorful without overwhelming the other flavors with the heat level. The Dan Dan noodles were a bit different from the sichuan versions I've had, but soooo good. My sister tried mine and immediately ordered here own, heh. The noodles were thick and chewy and the sauce had a sesame paste and spicy chili base. There was no numbing spice, for those who are fans of the sichuan version, but still super delicious in its own right. We also tried the red bean paste dumplings for dessert and they were also perfect (if you like sweet red bean paste). They were a little sweet for my BIL, but he would rather eat fruit than sweets. DEFINITELY recommend any of the dumplings or steamed buns. They come out in big bamboo steamers, still steaming and are clearly handmade. Most tables had a steamer basket or two! Also a shout out to the extensive Boba tea menu, tho check the prices on those before you order, I think it was like $6.95. Most of the entrees dishes were $10 - $15, but you can see the menu with prices on their website. I will say that many of the more traditional dishes don't really have descriptions, so don't be afraid to ask questions! Also the restrooms were quite nice.Anyway, you should totally check it out, it's super delicious, has some amazing traditional dishes, but also has a selection of familiar americanized chinese dishes and options for vegetarians too
