This place has potential with a few minor adjustments to the food & beverages served. Everything was fresh & hot. The customer service was solid, along with the atmosphere. However the size of the wings were pitiful to say the least. The garlic parmesan on them was dayummmm near invisible. The fries were lightly salted but could have used a little extra. Lastly, the "shakes" are not freshly made from real ice cream & milk. They use the pre-packaged shakes that you place into a machine that attempts to mix it up. My shake was a ball of rock solid cookies & cream ice cream with whipped cream. Would I recommend this spot over other wings establishments within Irving? No, but if you live in the area & refuse to pay Hooters prices this place is an alternative.

I ordered and the food arrived in about 30-45 minutes after. I ordered thru their website, so delivery was definitely fast! The wings weren't hot, more lukewarm. However, they were good! I will give them another try for sure!!! I definitely recommend this place for all your chicken needs! Tell them I sent you or you saw a review on Yelp.

Came in here for lunch during the week. Place was not too busy but people coming in for call in orders. Lady at the counter took our order and we waited a good 10-15 minutes which was not too bad. I went with a coworker and he ordered the "not closed on Sunday" a okay on chick fil a. He said it was good, it looked good and the potion of chicken looked decent. Your boy got the Korean bbq burger, i have to say it was pretty good. They give options for buns, regular white a brioche or a pretzel bun. Got the regular and the Korean sauce was good. Burger was cooked perfectly and not dry. Overall very good burger, the peach juice is good too. Come to it out if you ever in the Irving area.

Not only did I not get what I ordered, the wings were overcooked and the fries were soggy. I'm surprised that a place could be so bad as to mess up every aspect of a Togo order. I will never be coming back here, what a waste of time

Service was great and there was a good variety. Meals came out in reasonable time. Both wing flavors were great. I also got the vegetable fried rice for my daughter. She didn't like it, but she is a picky eater. I thought it was real good. It may have had a little more soy sauce than she was used to, but I thought it was good and there were plenty veggies. My wife liked her burger as well. We'll definitely be back to try some of the other wing flavors and possibly a cheese steak sandwich.

I placed an order for the day of my holiday party for 100 wings and they messed up my order. Granted by that time there was nothing I could do about or because it for a party. I called in to speak with someone about what happened and they told there was NOTHING they could do about it. I should've called the same day. I couldn't have because of the timing of worrying about a party. I was told that the owner said no getting anything refunded or rectified. I enjoy their food but they tend to mess up sometimes. It's frustrating! So be sure to triple check your order even if it's for a party.
