Williams Chicken

Trae at Williams Chicken was so helpful. I ordered 12 pieces just chicken. Omg so crispy, hot, delicious. Some of the best chicken in Dallas and one of the friendliest servers. We did drive through but Trae was so helpful and nice to us.

Not sure why the low rating. I love the food. I don't go there to sit down and enjoy five dining. I go to get my food, take it home, and eat.

Food was fresh but my gravy was disgusting! Customer service was good also. I don't mind waiting for fresh food! Kudos.

This location is fast and courteous. The chicken is cooked to perfection- highly recommend

Chicken, okea were okay but wasn't up to the prior reviews. Rice was flavored well but texture was not pleasant.

The chicken is great. The greens are good especially for fast food. The mashed potatoes seemed like they were scraped from the bottom of the warming trey because they were full of rubbery brown bits and had a funky taste. They were out of a lot of things like breasts and green beans. The guy who took our order was friendly.

I waited in line for 10mins! the guy saw me and turned off the light It was literally 905. they close at 10 instead of having the common courtesy of saying "we are out of chicken" or anything he just cut the light off and walked away! i just wanted to feed my family! this place has really changed

The woman who assisted me after I told her that it was my first visit basically told everything I needed to try and Boi was she right. I loved the food especially that dirty rice omg
