White Box Roastery

So excited about white box roastery! This is an awesome and spacious local coffee shop that I think would be great for school/work or meet-ups with friends. It's very relaxing and I absolutely love the aesthetic. They even have a cute little corner dedicated to the little ones. Matcha is one of my go to drinks for coffee shops and white box has soo many fun variations. I tried an iced strawberry matcha with coconut milk. I was pleasantly surprised that it was flavored using strawberry puree!! It was very fresh and not overly sweet. Although I don't really drink coffee, I'm always down to try a sip. That sip was so good!! Part of me wanted to drink the whole thing. The coffee just seemed extremely smooth.. had no bite to it if you know what I mean. It was our first time so of course we had to try out the baked goods as well. The vegan guava pop tart was good as was the coffee cake, however this made for a pretty expensive trip so it probably won't be something we indulge in on a regular basis. Looking forward to spending more time here and exploring the menu!

Love working here! Very chill and nice soft ambient vibes. Plenty of seating and I really enjoy working here. The variety of lattes makes this one of my favorite cafes to visit. There is also lots of space to park in the front.

Good place to catch up with friends or use as a study spot. The coffee shop is part of a larger complex, and just behind it, there are tables with charging ports--perfect for studying.There's also a charming small courtyard with a few chairs and a fountain, which makes for a cute place to sit outside and take photos.I'm giving it 4 stars because, while the coffee and the matcha my friend and I ordered were good, they were a bit too milky for my taste.

Such a cute spot. Found this place via TikTok and decided to stop by after seeing someone post about the White Apricot Latte. Immediately wanted to try it, so I really didn't need to even look at the rest of the menu when I was there. I love apricot and have never seen it be used in a latte before and I wasn't disappointed. It was absolutely delicious, with a very noticeable taste of apricot, not too subtle. The vibes there are super relaxed with a good amount of people working there. With plenty of seating and even an area for kids, it's a no brainer why there were so many people were there. Would love to return the next time I'm visiting!

I wish I could give this shop higher stars. The inside is super cute and seems like a good place to study/work. My 3 stars comes from the quality and pricing of drinks, I spent nearly $30 on 3 matcha's for all of it to taste just like milk. I even added an extra shot of matcha to one. I wanted to like this spot so bad that I went back for another drink, the peppermint latte, to get some sort of satisfaction! The peppermint latte was okay but I sadly won't be back.

Perfect place to work and study! The space is airy, modern, and relaxing. I will say it is a bit dusty though. I've sneezed a couple times, and I've been sitting here for an hour. They have huge windows, so the lighting is perfect for any aesthetic pics. There are a ton of outlets along the window seating, lots of seating in general, and free WiFi!I love sweet coffee, so I asked what their sweetest drink is and was recommended the white apricot. It's yummy! Very subtle apricot flavor and not overly sweet. I like their cute cups haha.

Cool location and super cool decor inside. I love the kids area. Staff was great, nice selection in menu. I only drink espresso, none of the flavored drinks. My friend did get a iced matcha latte, she gave it a 7/10. As for my espresso, I've definitely had better, it tasted really burnt and was way more bitter than normal. If you like the mixed coffee drinks I guess this is your place but just the espresso solo was ehhh.

a great local coffee shop to get work done at! I like the matcha options they offer especially the strawberry matcha. I'll definitely be going back to try the new seasonal menu

Christmas coffee vibes at white box!!! Super cute shop and the coffee also so good. Got the strawberry matcha and the white apricot latte! The white apricot latte was my favorite!! It has a somewhat fruity flavor but also not. Strawberry matcha was good but I prefer the coffee!

This is a pretty delicious coffee shop on the outskirts of East McKinney!The closest parking lot was full on a Saturday afternoon but finding parking nearby across the train tracks was straight forward and easy. My friend got the tonic and loved it, and the chocolate rum latte was excellent! Tons of rich flavor from the rum and chocolate. I got the Miami, which is a bit of rum, orange, with espresso and it was fairly good! I was expecting something at the levels of the Rum Lattee but it was much less sweet then I would have hoped . Their oat milk they use is decent.The Baristas took their time to make these crafted drinks. Tables were a little messy throughout the store. WiFi is BLAZING fast, AC Crispy and tons of chairs to sit at or if you want, to wonder the markets on Saturday! I do consider this a place worthy of coming back with respect to the higher then normal price but creative and good coffee is hard to face.
