Had a really good visit here on a Saturday afternoon. The beers were great but the best part was talking to the staff. We had a non beer drinker with us and they provided really personal suggestions and have samples to make sure they had a good experience. We also helped taste test a new drink they were working on.A typical brewery experience with snacks and you can bring your own food but the team makes the difference.

Despite some pretty rough construction around the area, we were relieved to find a parking lot just across the road. While it's not the most convenient setup, there are other parking options available. We stopped in to check out this new brewery, and I'm so glad we did! The space is roomy, with board games to enjoy and a fun lineup of events, like yoga and trivia! The staff was incredibly friendly, and best of all, it's dog-friendly, so bring your pups! Buffalo Chicken Flatbread $11.09Buffalo sauce, chicken, mozzarella cheese, & ranch drizzle. We loved the light, crispy flatbread and appreciated that the buffalo sauce wasn't overly vinegary. The only downside, it it wasn't sliced as much as we would have liked, which made it a bit tricky to eat and tear apart.Choice of Brew Super Dry $12.75 - A Japanese-style ale with a light body and a dry, crisp finish. (6.0% ABV · 10.0 IBU) This was one of the lightest yet crispiest beers I've had in a while, and I truly appreciated it, especially as the day started to warm up. The beer prices are slightly higher, but it balances out since the food is affordable. Plus, they encourage a BYO food policy, which adds a fun picnic-style vibe. Overall, a great spot worth checking out!

Love coming to this place and always make a point to visit each time I work in Dallas. This place is very welcoming with large open space with plenty of seating. Easy to locate in the heart of Deep Ellum and easy enough to walk from downtown Dallas on a nice weather day. Check their calendars as they normally have Monday and Wednesday run club meet ups which is a great way to meet some new people of all skill running levels (walkers on up to runners) and you get to explore some nice nearby neighborhoods with large porch houses in a safe area for jogging. Also Wednesday night is normally trivia night which is a great way to share your knowledge and enjoy some beverages. They have a small food menu with pretzels, pizzas, nachos and such and they welcome you bringing in in your own food from nearby establishments. The staff is always super friendly and chill. The beer is good for Dallas with a nice variety of styles. If they made more good hazies like Celestial or Turning Point, then they might earn the 5th star for me

Love this place. We visited on a Groupon and ended up getting a few flights. They have a whole bunch of different beers to try. They all were great!! We even got a few glasses to bring home with us and a few cans as well. We had the buffalo chicken flatbread as well.

Tasty beer, great service, and cool spot. I really enjoyed the shave ice beer. The food looks delicious and there are games to play! If we lived here I'd definitely be back.

Went to Dallas for a visit and a friend took me here.....First, I love beer.....Who doesn't, right? This is a very open space, with plenty of craft beer options to choose from. Seating was ample, they even had a patio. I love the clean light wood accents......Very inviting and trendy... My friend, who is a DJ, thought this would be an excellent place to have a party, espcially with all the open space and the patio. Spacious enough to accomidate seated, standing or dancing patrons, while offering the patio for smokers or those who want a little air. The server was friendly and knowledgabe about all beers on the menu........Did I mention, the beer is brewed onsight? Sitting at the bar, you can view the brewery which is located behind the bar, seperated by a glass wall. The beer was excellent.....I believe I had the delkus.....Twice....I wouldn't recommend coming here to eat with a big appetite but they do offer food, although it's more like light entrees and appetizers. The beer is by far the centerpiece. My friend and I were suprised how empty it was on a late friday evening, citing that a plce like this in chicago would be packed. Definitely looking forward to returning.....

Great little brewery in northern downtown area. They have IPAs, ciders, sours, and a sake yeast strong ale. Parking on the street. Yes they have food and those that don't do beer, they have wine offerings.

Service was quick and staff was friendly. I arrived shortly after it opened for the day so there was plenty of places to sit at the bar and in the dining area. Beers were good. I had their Shave Ice and Rainout Hazy. Buffalo chicken flatbread as also good however being from Rochester, anyone will tell you that Buffalo sauce only pairs with Blue Cheese and not ranch. The owner and I had a good laugh about it. I would definitely return to try more of their beers

We stopped in for some beers after enjoying some good Texas BBQ. The place was pretty big inside with a ton of seating. Mostly long benches. A few of the beers sounded good so I went with a flight. I would saw they were all okay. Nothing really jumped out at me with some amazing flavors. I would say the vanilla wheat was my favorite but it didn't taste like vanilla at all, which was odd. The service was okay. The guy seemed to be just there. Like he wasn't thrilled at all to be working. With there being other brewery options around the area, I would probably go to a different one than return to to Westlake.
