This is where we're currently staying in Texas. This was the location for a funeral but it's a good spot to be closer to forth worth and Dallas without being directly in town. The hotel is so clean and nice. They have Starbucks coffee in the lobby, a nice restaurant, and a cool bar with great waitstaff. The staff throughout have been great. The beds are super comfy and the rooms are very nice! A great spot to stay.

Loud patio at 11 on a Wednesday. Had 15 rooms and a large conference room. Won't bring our business back. Poor experience. Oh and it's now after 11 and they have done nothing about it. Like living next door to a college dorm.

I SLEPT IN SH*T AT THIS WESTINMy husband and I stayed here over 4th of July weekend for a little staycation. Everything started out fine, the hotel lobby and rooms were nice enough. Fast forward the morning after our first night. I wake around 6:30 to go to the bathroom. The room is still dark but I see a dark shadow where I was laying. Initially I think it's some sort of bug. Trying not to wake my husband, I pull out my flashlight to see what it is and then let out a loud "EWWWW!" My husband wakes up as I scream "I SLEPT IN SH*T!"This was disturbing on so many levels:1. I was wearing a white shirt and had just gotten a fresh blowout.2. How does poop get into a freshly made bed??3. Does this mean they didn't change the sheets between us and the previous guests? Or worse, did housekeeping PLANT poop in the bed?! Luckily (if you can call it lucky), the poop was dried (aka it had been in the bed for several days before we checked in (EW again!) so it didn't get in my hair or smear all over me while I slept. We obviously immediately called the front desk and asked them to come up and witness what had occurred. The on-site staff apologized, sent housekeeping up to change our sheets and told us that after our stay their Director of Sales & Marketing, Todd Muilenberg, would be reaching out to us to make it right. That's where the story effectively ends because even after several calls to Todd we never heard back from him. We attempted to reach someone at corporate for resolution (and really a heartfelt "we're sorry you slept in sh*t at our hotel") and their response was to offer us 20,000 points (the equivalent of $196) to "close this matter out." No apology. They were almost annoyed we were making this follow up inquiry. What's the problem with sleeping in sh*t? It's apparently the Westin Way!Long story short, we would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a clean place to rest your head.

We cannot recommend enough!!!!! We used the Westin for our wedding block last year and it was the perfect place for all of our family and friends to spend time together, stay, drink, have coffee, and eat! Now a year later my husband and I came to stay for our anniversary and brought our baby along! They provided the most precious crib for her!The food is amazing at Jellico's, Starbucks coffee is a classic, and all around atmosphere and accommodations are 10/10b

I stayed here this past Friday night for a belated holiday party. I got checked in easily and everyone was so nice! The room was very clean (didn't get pictures before unpacking and settling in) and I LOVED how spacious the bathroom counter was! Lighting was great also. I would highly recommend this hotel - it's super swanky!

I stayed at this hotel for a 3 days business trip. This is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. You can hear other guests opening and closing their doors at all times. Also, you'll hear other guests running their water. The walls are thin, so I could hear the guest next to me with their TV on. Overall, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. But it's not ideal if you are looking for a quiet place.

Great brand new property in Southlake, TX just minutes from Shops at Southlake and Southlake Town Square. The front desk staff was welcoming when I arrived, rooms were well laid out, like most Westin's and nothing out of the ordinary. I did appreciate the massive TV in my room though! The gym, pool and outdoor areas were nice as well. I ordered lunch from the hotel bar, grilled cheese and a salad and it was great! The daytime bartender was fantastic, the nighttime crew left a little to be desired but the drinks were good. The hotel was about 15ish minutes from DFW and 5 minutes from my meetings so location worked for that. I also ventured into Dallas and Ft. Worth and it was a bit of a hike. Net net it's perfect if you want to be near DFW, but I might stay somewhere a little more central if you're doing things Downtown Dallas. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but Ubers and Lyft seemed much more scarce near the hotel then when I was Downtown. I would definitely stay here again if it worked for my itinerary.

Subject: Great Experience at The Westin Southlake Hotel thanks to Kyra Smiley Thank you, Marwan, for your kind note. As Ambassador Elite for the last 5 years, I enjoy recognizing any well deserving Marriott employee at any Marriott that I stay at while traveling. My wife and I and our family discovered your beautiful property about 3 years ago and, because we were treated so well & pampered greatly, the Westin Southlake has been our home away from home anytime we come to the Southlake area. Our loyalty kicked in that 1st time we stayed @ the Westin Southlake while Brenda and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary when Kyra Smiley upgraded us to a beautiful suite.....plus we truly enjoyed our amenities, restaurants, and the feel good vibe of this Westin. Our stay this week was as impressive as our 1st stay.......thanks to Kyra.Michael & Brenda Brown

Best hotel in the Southlake area. Much better than the Hyatt and Marriott Delta. Rooms are identical to what you see on their website. Rooms are clean and modern, roomy gym, nice patio with two fire pits, great bar, and amazing restaurant. Best part about this hotel is the front desk staff. Manager is super customer focused hence why this will always be my preferred choice.
