Waterview Golf Club

The driving range is now mostly closed. In addition to being closed when it's too hot or too cold- it's closing at 3PM every day. Most of the players club members that I know are cancelling our membership because we have little or no access to the driving range.The greens are in fantastic shape, I have to give credit to the greens keeper. Unfortunately the fairways and rough areas that were ignored during the dry summer are in horrible condition and very hard to drive over. There are lots of bare areas and hard pan galore.The marshals are aggressive and unfriendly. Expect to be rushed along and encouraged to hit into the group in front of you. It's a mess and very regrettable. There's a ton of potential that's being wasted. Most of us are driving down the street to Firewheel, where the range is always open and you're treated like a customer instead of an annoyance.

First time ever writing a review, not my style but here it goes. I've been playing here for 3 month's regularly. The weekend staff is atrocious, condescending, and extremely rude. I've thoroughly enjoyed bringing friends and family out here but DO NOT COME ON WEEKENDS. It's consistently a shit show of power tripping staff members and ruin your vibes right on the tee box. Scott is the worst.

Scott was an awful employee and unnecessarily rude; will not be returning to this place.

I've been a member of this course for almost 15 years. However, I canceled my membership today. The staff is always rude, but today was even worse. There were no teetimes available because they currently only have nine holes open. I pay my monthly dues every month, on time, and have done so for over a decade. To be told that I cannot find a single opening (as a single player) is unacceptable. The parking lot is empty.

Great place to play golf!!!! Enjoyed my round! Pro shop and bar had all I needed! Carts were cleaned and ready to go! Definitely going back!

sad situation. Arrived to find out we had to play the back twice because the front was aerated. Didnt tell us the front was aerated until check in. Didnt ever tell us the back was also aerated. large wet mud/clay plugs on every hole covering the fairways causing non stop 1/2 inch thick blobs on bottom of golfs shoes and stuck on cart tires. Golf shoes unbelievably unplayable and tires constantly slinging mud/clay blobs. hardly any roll due to so much mud/clay and balls needing cleaning after every shot.tried two ball washers, both dry, (on a course covered in mud/clay). lots of areas without grass.There are no signs leaving the cart area to direct you to hole one or ten. Dumb!Cost was a senior rate of $42 and change.i wouldnt play this course for free in this condition if i lived across the street much less make the 45 minute drive again. For the record, this used to be a nice course and the greens today were great

I shit you not. Tee time 25 min behind. Now we're on #4 and there are us and 3 other groups waiting to tee off. Been playing golf 30 years and have never had something like this. Who runs this place. You know what never mind just won't return. Good luck Waterview. This back up to tee off on hole 4 was a 30 min wait. Unbelievable.

Great layout and a fun course. Why 1 star?Rich the Marshall was a complete asshole. Harassing us all throughout the course. We played the front 9 in 1 hr 30 mins and said we were holding up the 4some behind us. Must have been ghosts because I saw no one. I won't be coming back here. I never walk away from a good course and this staff is incredibly rude that I won't be coming back

They charged me $70 to play that dump. The greens were air rated. They said nothing. You had no Idea where the ball was going to go the greens were so bad. Never again will I step foot on the shit hole course.

I find most golf courses do their best to provide a playing experience commensurate with the cost, however Waterview isn't there, yet. Weeds on every green, muddy approaches will keep us from coming back anytime soon.
