My husband and I kicked off the new year with a date night at Walloons in Fort Worth, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the experience celebrated fresh, flavorful seafood and thoughtful touches that made the evening memorable.We began with a dozen oysters, sampling three different varieties. They were incredibly fresh and delicious, perfectly complemented by the mignonette and freshly grated horseradish. These were a fantastic start and set the tone for the seafood feast to come.For the main courses, my husband chose the salmon with leeks in a creamy sauce, which was cooked beautifully and paired wonderfully with the delicate sauce. I opted for their signature dish, the redfish bouillabaisse, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. Served with mussels and shrimp in a rich, tomatoey broth, it was perfectly seasoned, with every flavor working in harmony. I honestly could eat this dish every single day.To finish, we shared the chocolate panna cotta--and though I'm not usually one for desserts, this was a standout. It was luxuriously creamy, not overly sweet, and the perfect way to end the meal.Our waiter, Jonathan, was fantastic--attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. A lovely final touch was the small serving of black-eyed peas and the recipe they gave us to take home, a charming nod to starting the new year with good luck.Walloons is a gem, and we'll certainly be back for more! Whether you're a seafood lover or simply looking for a fantastic dining experience, this place is a must-visit.

Fatima was a great server. Parking in the garage next to the establishment, and the restaurant does validate. The atmosphere was nice, it didn't feel crowded, or the feeling of tables being so close together.Ordered the Deviled Eggs to start, which were good and came with a small salad and pickled onions. 6 to an order. My girlfriend ordered the Beer Batter Red Fish Beignet as an Entree. It was light and smooth. She did like it .I ordered the Monday Special Fish and Chips. Nice presentation with a cup of Fries. I will say I was not impressed with the dish, especially if they are charging $28What I recommend this place, maybe, it's a big maybe.

We went to Walloons for our anniversary dinner. The reservation process was easy, we were seated quickly and service was great. As not a big seafood person, I got the steak salad. Perfectly medium rare and fresh salad ingredients. My husband enjoyed his red fish plate and all the cocktails we tried were perfect. The space is cute and upscale. We couldn't ask for anything more.

Jaw dropped as I entered Walloon's cozy and elegant modern bistro scene. Wonderful was their lunch service. Hoping and was not disappointed in their sophisticated yet familiar seafood courses. Relishing still to be the guest of their beautifully delicate tasting bouillabaisse with perfectly prepared seafood of redfish, shrimp, and, mussels, "Seared Redfish"!CHEERS!

Had a hometown friend come to visit, and they wanted to try this place. We arrived on a Saturday - brunch time. It seemed pretty empty when we arrived so I think it may have been right as it was opening. I tried the french toast and it was the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The rest of the table had the Crispy Calamari Salad, Blackened Shrimp Caesar, and the Lobster Roll - and I will say that the table was relatively silent as people dug in! We topped it off with drinks all around - margaritas, paloma's and I believe a alcohol-free beer. Our waiter was very friendly, lively even, and seemed excited to talk about what the place had to offer, so that made us excited to try things out. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be back to try other parts of the menu.

Service was good, restaurant was clean, it was fairly quiet with dim lighting which was nice. The food was just ok. It required additional seasoning but not bad. Nothing was exceptional, but nothing was bad. I'd definitely go back and give it another try.

Great ambiance and service. I highly recommend the beignets and seafood Mac and cheese. The cocktail menu was stacked and we loved the seasonal old fashioned. I would skip the tuna tartare with melon on our next visit - great quality but it was missing some key flavors for me.

Came to celebrate our anniversary!! Went later in the evening, sat in the 2 person booth with the wall lamp. Great service, Fatima was our waitress, she was very attentive! Delicious food, great drinks, dessert was a nice finish. Nice atmosphere, very cozy and not super crowded. Definitely will be back!

I did not get a chance to taste your food because you said that you only had reservation, but it does not say that on your website that I needed to make reservation. I am from Austin Texas, and I was very disappointed when I got there because they tried to fit my husband and I at the bar but on different sides. personally, I am do not like sitting at a bar to eat so again I was very disappointed and if it was 0 to 10 out only give you a one
