Valentino’s Ristorante Italiano

Wife and I decided to try Valentinos after reading several stellar reviews and they were not wrong - wow. Incredible food, atmosphere and staff. We arrived as soon as they opened (4pm) and did not have a wait which was great as they do not take reservations. Its first come first served. The staff was incredible and attentive to our needs. We never needed anything as someone was always ready to help. I ordered the bolognese lasagna and it was incredible. My wife ordered the pasta dua and it also was amazing. Dessert was amazing as well. I had the strawberry cheesecake and my wife had the lemon cake. Both were perfection. Highly recommend. We will return!

We have been here once before but it feels like a lifetime ago so we decided to go for our second time tonight and I am sitting here trying to figure out why we waited. Saturday night about 745 and there was about a 30 minute wait but things went quick. One thing I really liked about this place is it feels like stopping by an Italian families place for dinner. It was loud but felt like a large family dinner. Our server was Vinny who joked around with us and made us feel right at home. I swear he couldnt remember a thing but always remembered he forgot. Not sure how many times he would say 'Oh the bread... Oh the water... Oh the X. I forgot. I'll be right back. And them he would be back and realize he forgot the same thing.' One could be frustrated but honestly we weren't. He was friendly and made it feel like dealing with a cousin. For appetizer.... the sliced meatballs. OMG the meatballs were so tender and the homemade sauce was my favorite. Bread and salad included. Dinners were the Forgutitabutit and Niko Special. Portions massive. So much meat in the one and such tender chicken in Niko. Both great. We also did a small 1/2 cheese and 1/2 NYC special. Way too much food but wanted to try. It was good but next time we will stick to the pasta. Nothing wrong with pizza but the pasta was the star. Can't wait to go back.

My original review: The food is very good! The noise level makes it almost impossible to have a conversation. I commented to the manager that they should have cloth napkins. The reply was a loud, rude "until we get a new President" followed by a long rant. Update, 7 months later:Tonight I decided to give them another chance. As we were going to our table, the same man as before informed me that they didn't have cloth napkins but pointed out his President won. He was so rude that we left. I've never been treated so poorly in a restaurant.He hollered as I left "go find better," and we had a lovely dinner at a quiet restaurant nearby with better prices.This was a 3 star review, but it needs to be less.

Best Italian food I have had in years. Food is delicious and plentiful. Service was good. Place is packed all the time, so Fuhgeddaboudit!

We had a take out order. Everything was delicious! We ordered Cacio e Pepe, chicken parm, NYC, fuhgeddaboudit (gluten free version), garlic knots, and a calzone. Every single thing was amazing.

We always love coming here. The food is always amazing and service is the best as they make you feel like family. Anything you get will be amazing. They will sub out pastas and sauces if you prefer a different type with the dish. We've been here many times and it's always great food. Portions are big as well so you usually have leftovers.

Always good! Serving is generous! Love the staff except when they hire new kiddos who rush you to order, rush you to go boxes and rush you to pay right away as if she wants you out ASAP :( I dont the owners are aware if it...) -- if the owners are aware of it then that's bad for regulars like us.... Funny thing is, I observed that they don't that to other customers!!!!

My family loves this great Italian place. The service is fantastic and they are all super welcoming and friendly. They have very healthy options, like salmon and salads, which are fantastic, in addition to the delicious heavier pasta dishes. My wife and two toddlers are always happy and have several options to choose from, though the kids are partial to the fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp. Fuhgetaboutet it to die for, and so are all of the desserts. We will keep coming back.

I haven't gone in a while but I called in to order some fettuccine Alfredo. Guy on the phone said it was going to be 16.99 & 19.99 if I wanted chicken. I understand that things aren't cheap or free but $17 for sauce & noodles didn't sit well with me so I took a hard pass. I've always liked the food here never had an issue with quality or service but I've been priced out. It's a nice place for those that can afford it.
