Vail Donuts

Picked up a Too Good to Go order here & for a very full box of fresh delights! Yum! Will definitely be back.

This is the local donut shop of all donut shops in our area! Korean owned and they have created some of the best croissants and kolaches. Everything from bacon, ham jalapeño, in a variety of ways. Check them out! It's not your average donut shop! And it's super clean and well run/organized. I highly recommend this establishment for your "go to" donut shop.

I always have a pleasant time at this mom and pop shop. They are very attentive and always remember you when you come back which to me screams great customer service. I'm normally there in the mornings so they always have a variety of assorted donuts for you to try not just your typical glazed or chocolate. They also offer kolaches which I know a lot of people prefer.

Great donut store located in Carrolton. Came here once later in the morning and they still had plenty of the stuff I usually try and order. Prices are also fair and they didn't really lack anything in regards to donuts or kolaches. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

Good classic donuts, definitely coming back. The jelly filled were a bit one sided, but otherwise still really good

The usual donut place I go to on the way work has been closed for a week, so I decided to try something new. The one thing I liked about this place was that the service was quick and fast. I didn't have to wait in line to get some donuts like I usually do at the other places. Also a dozen donut holes were only a $1! I thought that was a great deal as well. I was in and out of their in less than 5 minutes. Now to the donuts. They didn't taste as fresh and were pretty cold. Like they had been sitting out for a while. When I got to work and warmed them up they still didn't taste any better. Maybe it was just today but I think I'll be sticking to my other donut shop.

Just wanted a nice delicious donut on a Sunday morning and Vail Donuts was there for me. They have a cinnamon roll donut that is to die for!! I will definitely be returning just for that alone! Oh and their boudin kolache was great too! Dangerous that it is so close to me, I'll have to maintain my will power.

I have purchased food from this donut shop on many occasions and found their donuts to be the best. They would melt in your mouth. Today I ordered via Uber and was very disappointed in my order. The donuts and sweet roll did not taste fresh. They tasted as though they were leftovers from yesterday. I can't believe this is the same place!

The sausage and bacon croissant was pretty great. But overall I wasn't very impressed. I did not get what I ordered- the owner forgot my donuts so I wasn't able to try those. I was the only customer there and they opened about 15 minutes prior so I'm not sure why my food was forgotten. The donuts I did get to try were the donut holes and they were fine.. overall just normal. It was disappointing that the owner of this business didn't pay attention to my order or notice she forgot after I paid and made a cup of coffee before leaving. I called to let them know I didn't get everything and she was kind about it and offered to give me the donuts "free of charge" and said she didn't charge me for the ones I didn't get, but I'm not sure because I didn't get a receipt nor was I offered one after I paid. I will take her word for it. But as I mentioned, to me this place is not worth another trip to try againAll in all, the next time I have a donut craving I will try elsewhere. This place has potential and I wish them success, but unfortunately it didn't impress me enough to make me want more.
