Urban Crust

NO ONE has managed to top this pizza place (to my standards) urban crust is just on another level of yummy. the pizza isn't lathered in grease, it is perfectly balanced, has great topping choices, and leaves you feeling great after eating! i absolutely love how this place has different levels of seating to achieve total different dining vibes. service is always amazing and workers are sweet

The building itself is beautiful and the food is delicious! Where I think they dropped the ball is that they installed TV's on the wall and were playing some ghetto playlist from 2009. Lean into the ambiance of the building and the delicious food, throw on some old Sinatra and make it a whole vibe. Also, at the end of our meal the server requested us to complete a survey on our experience while he literally held it in his hand....so awkward.

I usually get pizza with figs on it. I wouldn't recommend it here; it was quite imbalanced in terms of taste profile. I would recommend the other pizzas! Ambiance was great since it's downtown Plano! You can do street parking or they have garages nearby. Service was okay; I wish they had filled up my water when I needed it.

For those who follow us, you know that my wife is gluten free as well as lactose intolerant; this makes pizza a difficult if not impossible choice! Urban crust has a delicious 12" gluten free crust as well as both buffalo mozzarella & goat cheese, both lactose free, available. Derrick the manager was an absolute delight and the food was excellent! I started with the sausage lentil soup, a little zip and a ton of flavor, and we shared their Margherita pie on a gf crust with goat cheese & buffalo mozzarella and added prosciutto as well. 10 out of 10!

Went two days in a row because of how much my kids loved the pizza here. It's thin and the toppings are quality. The pepperoni they use is so good. We've gotten it with regular mozzarella and their buffalo mozzarella. The only complaint for not a 5 stars is that the second time, the crust was a little burnt. Calamari was good and they give you a generous amount for price. Would love to come back to try some pastas.

We chose to enjoy the 32 Degree Roof Top bar for our first experience at Urban Crust. While we initially thought we'd eat outside and enjoy the view, we found it too hot and enjoyed sitting inside instead where we found a great ambiance around the frozen bar. I started with the Suit & Tie drink which was refreshing. My husband ended up trying two different versions of the Hwy 75 Mule - The first with the Hibiscus vodka and the second with Pineapple Rum. In the end, he preferred the Pineapple Rum version. For our meal, we split the Urban Chop salad. The size was perfect to split between the two of us and still have room for something else. Our server was also great about requesting the salad on two plates so we weren't messing with dividing it up at the table. We then tried the Lamborghini Pizza (which happened to be the June special). It had great flavor with the lamb sausage, tomatoes, olives, and a variety of cheeses. The size of the pizza was enough for the two of us and we had a few pieces left to enjoy as a snack later. We look forward to coming back and trying other things...or continuing to enjoy what we've already discovered!

This is my new favorite pizza joint, been here about 5 times in the last few months. AMAZING pizza, love the scenery, friendly hosts!

peach Bellini with a sangria swirl is unforgettable, one of the highlights for me is the calamari, pizza is usually overdone but i kind of like it?

Coming back here again, the food is as fresh and great as ever along with exceptional service!Love the pizza dough with marinara and olive oil they give, and this time we ordered a custom pizza with pepperoni and Italian sausage and the Urban Amore, with the wood fired bocconcini as an appetizer.The appetizer was really nice, mushrooms baked in truffle oil with a generous helping of cheese! Really tasty and fresh, though it is a little pricey.The custom pizza was great as always, ingredients always taste fresh and you can definitely taste the char from the oven. Crusts are thin and delicious, I always really like their pizzas.The Urban Amore is a sweeter pizza with fig jam, prosciutto, and goat cheese(?) topped with arugula. I overall liked the flavors, but I feel the cheese was very strong and sharp, it covered the complementary flavors of the sweet fig and salty prosciutto. I probably will just stick with their custom pizzas instead.Valentina was our server and she was awesome! Super friendly with fast and great service!I always come here for a fancier pizza that has great quality and service!

This place has amazing pizza. We sat on the third floor and our waiter was amazing. It was a nice laid-back dining experience would recommend the margarita pizza it was delicious!
