I haven't seen a business before with uniformly positivity from sales to service to administration. I ordered new equipment along with disassembly, transport and reassembly services. The service crew consisting of Thor and Giraffe were prompt, friendly and completed their tasks quickly, competently and with no damage to my home.I recommend Universal Billiards unequivocally and wish that other businesses and trades were on the same plane!!DSFrisco, TX

Great experience with Universal Billiards! From the time on the phone with Andrew to the delivery and setup with Trey and Quaid in Broken Bow, OK everything was great. The table was the perfect size and price for our family and the installation was quick and flawless. We've been enjoying our games together and look forward to many fun times with friends and family in our new game room!

I had my pool table moved on short notice. Sean and Dillon did a fantastic job and provided excellent customer service. They went out of their way to make sure everything was properly assembled and leveled. Thank you very much to those two for their help!

From sales to delivery...great experience. Preston was incredibly patient with an indecisive family. We visited the store at least 3 times trying to assess what was best for everyone. Pressure sales IS NOT Preston's game...and he succeeded. Fast forward to the delivery team, Dillon and Will were champions. On-time (5 min early and unloading before they knocked actually), courteous, and efficient. They were meticulous in placement making sure I was satisfied with the location. They've clearly been doing this a while (or the training program is top-notch if they haven't) because they didn't waste time, divided tasks seamlessly, and left absolutely no trash. Add to the fact they installed a gorgeous table perfectly...my wife was very happy (and that's really all that matters, folks). End to end, many thanks to the entire Universal Billiards crew!

I had a great experience with Universal Billiards starting from an online quote all the way to delivery. I called Universal Billiards and spoke to Andrew regarding a pool table. He emailed a quote and I was able to make my purchase without going to the store. Thor and Billy came and installed it. They did a great job and everything looks great.

I purchased a pool table for full price of $7,000. This was a stock unit off the floor. When they showed up to deliver it, we determined it was too big for the space. I thought I could pay the labor and return it for a new table. They ended up charging me around $1,400 in a return fee. I called several times and tried to talk to the manager with no success. They took this table and put it back on the floor and sold it as new again. needless to say I would find a more cooperative place to purchase items of this sort.

Jack & Geoff just left...and now the family and I get to enjoy a bucket list item of mine. A premium pool table, in my own home. The guys were outstanding, fast and courteous, delivering a flawless installation. Let's not forget Preston's impeccable service at the store making this whole thing possible. So excited to introduce my sons to the game, and re-intro my Wife, and the free table tennis topper is a true delight. could not be more pleased.
