Such a great group of people. Such an easy process from start to finish. They came out, recovered the pool table quickly & effortlessly. Trey & Justin were in & out quicker than expected. Very professional, respectful and personable. Everyone I spoke with was very nice & thorough! Trey even leveled the table, didn't realize it was off. The cost for their services were also less than others, never felt like I was being upsold on anything, and they certainly could have sold me a higher grade material. I would highly recommend Universal Billiards to anyone who needs their services.

Definitely recommend. We had a lot of questions about moving our pool table out and then resetting it up after new flooring. They answered all questions, were very professional and always ready to help. We appreciate the crew that took our Brunswick down today and how they arrived on time and careful moving the table. We had called and texts to assure us of our scheduled time. Best group of professionals we've encountered in quite a while.

Trey and Michael were exceptional in their services for disassembling and reassembling my pool table, along with replacing the felt.

I purchased a pool table here May 2020 and the table is still in great condition and great shape! Money well spent and the service team who put the table together here did a great job! Delivered the table to East TX and did the job very quick! If I ever buy another table I be right back to this location.

We had a great experience purchasing a pool table from Universal Billiards. Cooper was very helpful (and patient!) as we selected a table and Mason and Patrick did a great job delivering the table and setting it up. And we are super pleased with the result!

Terrible experience. I spoke with Andrew about a specific item -he said it was at his Farmer's Branch location. I immediately wentto the store to buy it and it had been sold at least the day before.He had no idea what was in stock and completely wasted my time!!!I think the item was a "lost-leader" and had NEVER been available.Two-thumbs down!

Poor service. Left my name and phone number. They were going to get info on two pool cues and call me. Cues were out of stock. Benn 6 months and no call.

This review is long overdue. Thor and Hopper delivered our pool table. It was so much more involved to get it set up properly. They were polite and professional as was everyone we worked with in the showroom. Highly recommend this place for the quality and service.

Great people and company! We had to have our pool table stored while our home was being remodeled. From beginning to end, the process was effortless. When Bryan, Quaid and Robert delivered our pool table after being stored a few months, they did a fantastic job setting it back up and making sure everything was perfect. The guys were very professional and nice! We also decided to change the color of the felt and they did that too and it looks incredible! Thanks to them our family is back to enjoying our pool table!
