I had reached out to a couple of other pool table movers and they both flaked out on me. I then reached out to Ultimate Billiard Service and they did a great job getting me taken care of! They were able to get me taken care of quickly and for a very fair price. Thank you Ultimate Billiard Service for taking care of me, I appreciate it.

I have rarely been treated as courteously and professionally as with this recent encounter with UBS. Mitch was extremely nice setting everything up and the crew who performed the service couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. Very punctual and work was wonderful. See for yourself in the picture below. I would recommend UBS to anyone.

I had Ultimate Billiard Service come out to our house at Possum Kingdom Lake to replace the felt on our old pool table and replace the rubber on the rails as well. They were great about getting us a quote and replying to my questions through email. They charged a travel fee, but that was to be expected since we are so far away from the city. Their guys showed up on time, finished the job quickly, and were very professional. After they finished, they made sure the table was level and cleaned up any mess they had made. I highly recommend this company!

I have never had a pool table moved before (my 1st table) so I didn't know what to expect. UBS was my 1st call and after 3 quotes was the least expensive. Then when I reached out to a cousin who is an avid pool player and in leagues, he said the owner is well known and does great work....which is exactly what i experienced. The techs that did the work (I call them techs and not movers, because I watched and was blown away with what all it takes to do this) were extremely polite and knowledgeable. The ONLY reason they are not getting 5 stars is, they were 45 min. late to our appointment. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I cannot recommend this company and the folks that work for them enough. They set up my table initially and did a fantastic job. Needed a slight adjustment about four months later and they did this as well at no charge. They are prompt and courteous. Their rates are fair compared to other quotes I received.

This establishment is the most professional and personable business I've encountered in a long time. I've been wanting to get our table recovered for a long time. I highly recommend them. They came to my home, stripped my pool table cover which was highly stained and had tears (red) and had a new cover (gray) within a few hours. Now the table fits my decor.

I called them to move a pool table they were able to help us get the table moved from Mansfield to Fort Worth. They kept me updated on there whereabouts and they did a great job put the table back together. I would recommend them if you need your table moved.
