Unfortunately, what started off as 5star service derailed in to my pool table rail being damaged and me being treated horribly. When the technicians came to my home one of them was well experienced and polite the other was a thug or appeared to be an ex-convict who nearly damaged my rails. The more experienced tech apologized inspected the rails with me and finished the job. There was no prior damage to any part of my table. The tech even recommended that I replace the rubber soon. I informed Mitch of the good job and told him that I would use them to replace the rubber in a few months. However, a pocket needed to be adjusted. He responded immediately and sent the tech back out in a few days. After the tech adjusted the pocket he damaged my rail. I brought this to Mich's attention and he stated they would address it. He then called me back and said that they wouldn't because it was previous damage. He stated that the damage showed on a previous pic of the table. I explained as stated above that the rails had been inspected before and after and that neither myself nor the tech saw damage, He stated that they don't point out everything that is wrong with a table. This is odd if this is your business to service tables. He was aggressive throughout the call, and then hung up. This is horrible customer service, rude and disrespectful. The tech was more professional than the boss. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. BTW he stated that he would lie to refute this review. So be prepared for a complete fabrication with pics.
