I'll keep it short and simple.Service is on point, food is not bad but could be better for what your paying for, Biggest problem they have is the music, the dj is completely a buzz kill, doesn't know how to keep the rhythm going, sound is completely trash, low and then high and low again, no thump, my tv can get better sound. It's really rough to enjoy dancing when you can hear your own steps. Need a whole sound overhaul.

So TCL has finally earned a positive review in one week after years of repeatedly seeking good customer care! The first time OMER took care of us. He was splendid we came in on a busy night but he still found preferred seating for us. The ambiance is always A ONE at TCL, nice Mediterranean music, well decorated with great lighting. The food was alright on this evening2/5. Thank you Omer!NICHO from NY served us tonight he described items on the menu with such precision almost accurately. The food & the tea were all that 5/5! Alright, buckle up because this place is the definition of a hidden gem! Seriously, we almost turned around when we saw the front room as empty as my willpower on cheat day. But we rolled the dice and walked in anyway... and let me tell you, saying I'm glad we did is like calling the Grand Canyon a ditch. This place has layers, folks! The energy and vibe here? Absolutely electric, off the charts, and just about every other overused phrase you can think of.We rolled in as a party of 15, and they handled us like pros, no sweat. The entertainment? Spot on. Now, I've read some whiners griping about the prices. Newsflash: this isn't McDonald's, folks. If you're looking for a value menu, you're in the wrong place. The prices here are right in line with any other establishment worth its salt.

Delightfully adorned and tucked under the eaves lies this hidden gem. Entering the establishment, you step back in time - it's almost an out-of-body experience- with beautiful mosaic tile and lanterns lending aesthetic value with fiery, vibrant energy and a welcoming vibe like no other. We have lived in the area for 23 years and I don't know what rock I have been living under, but we are first-time visitors, and this place hit it out of the park in terms of food, service, and ambiance. Having lived in the Middle East for 18 years, we have been in search of amazing Mediterranean cuisine ever since moving to Texas in 2001, to no avail - until we discovered Turkish Café and Lounge all these years later. We will definitely be returning here for dinner and possibly Brazilian or Bollywood Night when the venue comes alive in the evening hours!Mom and I opted to sit on the patio. We were greeted by Umit, then promptly seated and handed Menus by our server, Manu. I thought it was really impressive that he took the time to reconfirm my food allergies (mushrooms and eggplants) since unintentional cross-contamination occurs at some establishments. Our meal was enjoyable from start to finish - so much so, we stayed for two hours. We never, at any time during lunch, felt rushed.We started off with Turkish Mules. The pomegranate seeds lend a delightful flavor. Not tart and not sweet - just the right balance.We then ordered the Hummus, Falafel, the Cheese Flatbread, and the Chicken Kebab (which came with 6 chargrilled cubes of chicken, rice pilaf, onion salad, pickled red cabbage, & grilled tomatoes and peppers), followed by the Turkish Tea and the Pistachio Kunefe for Dessert. All excellent! Manu ensured we had what we needed during our meal. We chatted with both Umit and Manu and found them to be professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly.Not sure why this place has such low reviews. This was not reflective of our experience and exactly why I tend to take google and Yelp! Reviews with a grain of salt. Dining in is always our preference. Side note: If you opt for take out, keep in mind that your food IS GOING TO GET COLD after you drive home, so don't come on Yelp or Google and leave a review denigrating the restaurant as if it's their fault. This is a beautifully run Family establishment and you would be doing yourself a disservice for not stopping by. There's just something about the vibe and energy here. It's charming, inviting, and the people are delightful. We think we have found our new favorite place! Thank you for having us and we will see you again soon!

Friendly and warm environment, professional services and staffs. Very recommending place for chilling after a crazy work week.

We only went out for some Sheesha this time. the service was not so great as the servers were clueless as to who needs them. they messaged up the hookah at first but luckily got it fixed the reason was that "the girl is new." they do charge gratitude in your bill. so do look out for that. Also, the front desk ladies didn't know who was first in line to be seated and seemed nervous. (maybe she needs a bit more training).

I come every couple weeks with my friends. Davut is like my son. He has great customer service and is very kind. He always has a smile on his face. He always treats us like we are family. He is amazing. The food is amazing as well. You can not go wrong with a good Lahmacun. Best Lahmacun in all of DFW.

Absolutely loved it. Belly dancing and festivities Friday & Saturday nights @ 9Will go back to experience the fun, I bet the place is hopping! Service attentive and friendly. Comfortable. Indoor & outdoor seating. Can accommodate large groups. Looking for something different and well done, come on!! Hookah available.It's mindblowing how enormous the space is. I can't imagine you'd be disappointed.

The food and service was excellent. loved the vibe and music. The server was quick and everything was reasonably priced. Highly recommend a visit.
