The food and counter service were great. $6.00 for a large agua fresca is a little steep. The salsas they served with the torta were very good.

Texas chain! Lots of locals come here. Great spot to come wait for your car to get repaired (affordable mechanic just behind) They are well known for their tortas!

Fresh food clean seating area. We shared Alambre Torta and fries. Roll was soft had grilled steak, green peppers, onions, bacon,pineapple and avocado, tomato slices. They seem to do a large to go with locals. Loud Mexican music and flan tops the experience. Girl behind counter nice and young man in kitchen area helpful. All drinks are sweet fruit drinks or bottled soda. Had to go across the street for an ice tea. As I asked just for cup of ice and water and would not sell (?)

Ordered through Grubhub for lunch and went with La D.F. Torta. Overall the torta was satisfactory and had a good amount of meat, but really wish there was a combo option with fries or another side.

Usually the few times I have ordered it is a torta but saw hey added the carne arsada bowl a healthier option I ordered over the phone and they said it would be ready for pick up in 20 mins I work at UT so I am literally around the corner and came on time still had me waiting the food was very cold as if It had been sitting for a long time the tomatoes were not fresh was so disappointed after what I paid for it.. would have given no star is possible

It was our first time there and the food was fresh and delicious. Margarita was who attended us and she was so kind and gave great customer service!The restaurant was clean and the service was quick. We also spoke with the cook and another male server and they were equally friendly. I will definitely be back!

Food was ok. Descent flavor. Service was garbage. We brought a birthday cake with us and they charged for a plastic knife and paper plates. Everything was way over priced. Don't waste your time with this one. $4 dollars for a jarritos. Unpleasant odor inside, Ridiculous.
