Spacious place. The tacos were good not bad. Service was eh. They aren't really kind. If you're staying at the restaurant, expect to wait longer. They attend those who order to take out. I usually love tortas, but these were just okay. We ordered through door dash, so I understand quality is not going to be the same as when you go in, but what we go was kind of sad. I had a hawaiian torta and my husband had the pambazo. The meat was nothing special at all. I ordered fries as well and they arrived only partially cooked, limp, soggy and no salt! Overall very disappointing, maybe it was just an off night, but I won't be back again.

Used to order several times a week and have asked for extra hot sauce each time. They miss order notes so stopped ordering so often. The food sometimes comes cold or soggy. Thr Flatas are dry without sauce and yet again left it off even tho my order stated to add it.. Not worth it.

I bought a torta cubana which has a little bit of everything. Let me tell you this it's sad how they've dropped the quality of their torta and food price went up and torta quality went down. torta shrunk and it had two slices of sausage one piece of ham and some beans spread a slice of avocado and a slice of fresh queso i paid $40 for two for a torta that looked like I made it at home! I don't think so HECHIZERA NEEDS TO GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL TORTA SIZE AND INGREDIENTS THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I EAT AT THIS PLACE. staff was nice! just the food isn't up to standards!!!

OVERPRICED for what you get! The food isn't as good as it used to be. You get more bread than The amount of meat/produce that goes into your tortas. $15 for this small amount of product is Ridiculous! I'd give it 1 star if not for the nice staff they have working there!

This place has really gone to shxt. Overpriced, Bad customer service, flavorless food you name it. They never answer the phone and even if you call 30 minutes before closing and THEY DO PICK UP they say they're about to close. The last time I was there I purchased a piece of cake and it had MOLD all the lady said was "sorry" didn't even acknowledge that I took a bite. So disgusting
