I played Timarron CC as part of my Club Corp membership so the price was right, but I would have paid $150-200 to play this course! Each hold had unique character, there was a nice balance of risk/reward on each hole, and the course was in nice shape for the lack of rain. The range was very large and was in great shape. The staff was very helpful and we saw a marshall every so often even though the pace of play was reasonable for a private club.Check out my photo of the 18th hole which was super fun to play. I wish I could have emptied a bag of balls for my second shot to this par 5 until I hit the green, but Tin Cup was not playing on this day. Didn't ask the membership costs since I already belong to a club, but this one is nice for the golf enthusiast.

I liked the food. Haven't played on the course itself, but the view is beautiful and well kept!

Timarron is a private golf club owned by Club Corp. Timarron is a true golf club in that there are no tennis facilities or pool. It is labeled as a Byron Nelson Jewel. And is a great golf course. I might also add that it is not very expensive as private clubs go because it is " non-equity". There are memberships available as is true with all private clubs. Negotiate the fees with them before you commit.

It's a great track. Food and dining is solid. Some complain but my family is thankful to be able to be members of this club.

Horrible service and rude staff. The food is not great and most of the time they mess up the orders. Do not recommend this club to anyone!

No words can describe my disappointed and anger with the mismanagement of our cub. I have sat down with the finance manager and club manager on several occasions and even worked with national ClubCorp but they still can't manage the finances of our account. I am a busy professional and they have wasted my time on a monthly bases trying to keep up with their shenanigans. They can't keep their staff as there is constant turn over in the dining room, and dining/club management. There is no club atmosphere as none of the staff are ever familiar. Golf services continue to turn over as well. In fact, I began a golf series and was not able to complete it as the golf pro up and left. I have been more than patient but am fed up with my disappointment in Timarron Country Club. ClubCorp...help us at Timarron Country Club...a good thing is completely at a loss!

This course is great. We have too many members who are fighting to obtain decent tee times. The system opens up at 7:00am by 7:01am everything before noon is gone on Saturday and Sunday. I have tried to get special treatment for a out of town customer to play at a specific time a month in advance but was denied. I joined in 2013 and will be leaving ASAP. NO VALUE unless your going to use the facilities and play late in the day every weekend. Hope this helps.
