I had to get a 3 meat plate to try the ribs & brisket too! The tender brisket is old school. It has a great beef flavor. Juicy. You know the sausage was phenomenal! Some of the best that I have ever had. I am the one that usually eats only a bite or two. With this sausage, they have me wishing they had an all you could eat option. The ribs and sides were tasty. Service was on point. Ambiance is fitting and effective for a to go spot.
