Been to this place pre-COVID so the review is dated. It is a decent sized park that has a variety of roses and other flowers arranged very well. It is not too big for you to get tired and also has a play area for kids and a covered common area for a picnic. If you are looking for a place to take kids out this is a great place to go to. The best part about this place is that they have volunteers who are experts who can guide you on roses, flowers and gardening.

If I had to describe the Rose Garden of Farmers Branch in one word, I'd use "lovely". I came here for the first time on Saturday and I must admit, I thought that this was going to be a much larger rose garden, however it is still very nice and well done, especially for the free free as part of a community park. Whoever thought of making this garden in the Parks and Recreation department deserves a round of applause. C'mon on out Leslie Knope! The garden is very charming and will make you feel like you just fell down the rabbit hole in Alice in Wonderland. It provides the perfect locale for a small photo shoot, picnic, or small garden party. I came here in early April which unfortunately is either too early or too late in the season as many of the rose bushes weren't in bloom. I definitely want to keep tabs to see when the best time would be to come to see it in full bloom.Aside from the Rose Garden, this park also has a nice pond/canal, a large playground, and a short trail that offers lots of secluded picnic tables along the way. I'm certainly no expert about parks, but there are certain parks that you go to for different things. Some parks are great for cookouts, some are great for exercise or walking, and some are excellent for festivals or large events like concerts. This park is superb for picnics. There are so many quaint areas here that are ideal for getting out the picnic blanket and basket. Or if you just want to spend your lunch break eating outside with a good book, there are plenty of picnic tables to choose from that provide the serenity that you're seeking.

I attended an early morning wedding here on a Saturday. The Rose Gardens are in an easy to reach location with plenty of parking. It's a smaller rose garden but very pretty.

Beautiful spot for a relaxing 30minute stroll. I went while most of the roses were blooming and the flowers were all stunning! Spotted a monarch butterfly as well.

This garden is beautiful! It is a great place to walk and look at the flowers. Observing all of the bees pollinating was my favorite thing and I got some great photos! Definitely will be back.

Found this hidden gem. Looked up gardens in the search on yelp and found this local beauty It is in the city of farmers Branch The parking is free, through out the side of the park you have bridges that lead you to and from the residential homes surrounding The weather was perfect and great for an out door walk There is a walking path that I would say is easily a 1/2 a mile to a mile radius There are plenty of ducks and squirrels all around The park is dog friendly and there is a kids play ground area As well little areas with benches to rest and picnics tables for activities I even saw a few people fishing off the surround lakes As for the garden it was so beautifully kept and landscaped
