We were in town for the big 12 championship game and were looking for some Texas BBQ. The BBQ was so good I think Jesus might ask for the recipe. Yhe staff was so kind with their suggestions, and accommodations. I had the brisket which I think is really the only way to go. Others had ribs, smoked turkey, even the quesadilla I was told was a delight. The beans were my favorite side. All were just as delicious when I finished them later in my bed at the hotel room. Can't recommend enough.

Stopped in for Lunch ordered the brisket and sausage plate with potato salad and cornbread.I didn't even take any pictures brisket was dry almost jerky like and that was from the point. Potato salad ok Cornbread was like a muffin.23 bucks total.Rustic and plenty of space to sit Locally and Veteran owned, friendly folks and plenty of parking.I'm thinking I probably caught them on an off day on the smoker.

Great serviceWe tried the meat sampler it cane with just about everything and 4 sides and rolls. Really filled us up. I also tried out THE DUKE burger it was very delicious. Only thing on the meat sampler it was only one piece of brisket but everything tasted good the ambiance was very calm and chill we went around 1pm.

Food was amazing. We tried this after our son's basketball game. Ribs, smoked wings, and jalapeño and cheese sausage was amazing. Even the sides were great especially the loaded mash potatoes, yum! Only downfall is my son's burger took about 10 minutes to come out after my wife and I had our food. All in all great food and great experience. Will definitely try it again!

Stopped in on a Wednesday evening. Menu posted on the wall and service was quick. Pork was great and the jalapeno sausage had just the right amount of heat. Several side to pick from and the corn and ranch Derringer potato salad were great. Several beers to chose from. Definitely a place you need to visit.

I walked out here before the dinner crowd got here and I'm so excited I did. Walk straight in order what I wanted looks . The two plate meal brisket and them doggone ribs. I don't know how you cannot like this place the music is amazing the restaurant has a great feel like you're out in the high country My size or the burnt end beans and the Mexican corn. The beans had a Nice spice to them . Oh let me not forget, the sides are a Nice size portion. Everything was great, its now time for me to get to work.
