Main gym area. View of balance beams, etc.
Parking lot. Very industrial area.
Front / main entrance.
Super fun foam block pit in main gym area! Complete with multiple surrounding trampoline entry points. :)
View 2 of birthday party room. Great little room.
Another view of the foam block pit. Good times.
This was the room we had for the birthday festivities after "open gym" time. Nice sized room - lots of tables & options for arrangements.

Dropping my rating after attending a 2nd birthday party here (for a kiddo, in case that's not obvious). Many of the notes in my original review still apply, so check those out for the full details. Again, I do NOT have a kid attending The Palaestra for gymnastics. This is JUST a review based on attending birthday parties here.Since our original visit, the lawyers got a hold of this place. This didn't affect the kids' fun very much, but it did but a little damper on us adults and made the place feel more uptight. Last time we had multiple people in our party hurt themselves, which, hey, was because when adults try to do crazy kid stuff on trampolines... that sort of thing can happen. Nobody sued because our group is cool like that, but it was notably more uptight this time. I can't really blame the place for making this move, but I'm just being honest - last time it was super fun and this time it was... a more typical experience with more rules. So... ya know...Other minus one star: they have recycle bins that are a joke. I'm the guy who snags water bottles sitting neatly on top of the rest of the trash and transfers them to the recycle bin. Here, I found out that their recycle bins are a joke. Literally. They're just more trash cans with labels to make people feel good, thinking they're recycling when they're not. As someone who goes out of their way to not be wasteful, this genuinely pissed me off. Either recycle or don't. Don't lie to me about it. I'm happy to throw plastic bottles in the back of the car to recycle at home. Don't put out "recycle" bins to make me unwittingly trash something that's perfectly recyclable. The kids had a great time, just like the first birthday party I attended here. I think it'd still be a good place to have kids' birthday parties, if you go in knowing there are plenty of rules, etc. But this time I left with a sour taste in my mouth.

My 6yr old has been attending for almost a year now and I am truly pleased. She spent several months at another facility that could not compare. They are super organized-not lollygagging play like her former gym. The coaches are enthusiastic and focused on skills. They get so much exposure to a variety of equipment in one session-bars, silks, rings, trampoline. I enjoy watching from the bleachers and get a report from the coach after each session. I look forward to watching her grow in the sport with this gym.

My 5-year-old daughter is about to start her 4th year at Palaestra. It has been a WONDERFUL experience of growth for her. We were recommended to come here because of the value it would be for my daughter for developmental delays in gross motor skills. I had planned on getting PT for her, but Palaestra has met those needs (she learned to crawl here, AFTER she was already walking!) and so much more! Becki, the owner, has always truly cared about my daughter and her unique needs for gross motor development. Becki also considered my daughter's speech/social delays when deciding the right timing to move her from a Mommy and Me class to a Preschool class where she's independent of me. I'm thrilled with the transition and the continued personalized care we get at the Palaestra. Even the coaches we've never had know my daughter's name---it's like family! When I finally got the guts to venture out of the house during Covid (this was August/September 2020), Palaestra was the FIRST place I decided to return to. They keep the gym immaculately clean and go to all ends to ensure the safety of our kiddos. I highly recommend the Palaestra to anyone and everyone. Try it out--you'll be hooked!

The teachers worked hard for kids , but unhappy with the management !After we informed them , more then a month ago that we taking a break by mid of April , they demanded a payment today for the whole month , blaming us that they lost that email ...After we said we can show our emails they refuse to do any adjustments and keep demanding a payment for the whole month .When they said our 2 boys have to leave a class , if we don't make a payment for the whole month , it was not about money anymore its just show you real face and your bad attitude to our kids .

Love this place! I have 3 children (8, 6, and 3yrs old) and have been coming every week since the first child could crawl. Over the years we have had many birthday celebrations here too. Each one of my babies did the Moms Play Group, then the Becky's baby class, and transitioned into their age appropriate classes. The owner sees and totally understands children's gross motor and emotional needs. The children are seen as individuals- the coaches/classes make modifications accordingly. This place is awesome.
