Really LOVED it here! I wish we tried it sooner. Everything at The Heritage Table was great - fresh & tasty food, awesome service, and cozy ambiance. Everything here is made from scratch in house and I could tell all the ingredients they used were super fresh. They rotate their menu based on the seasonal ingredients which I also love. My husband and I enjoyed all the food here but the most surprising was the rolls. It could be very plain but the whipped butter and their green tomato jam were great to pair with the rolls. The server was super friendly and gave recommendations and I could tell she loved working there too. Very pleasant first experience and I will definitely go back. Great place to take visitors too in my opinion!

This is a gem in the burbs. The older home setting is quaint and unique. The rolls and butter and homemade jam were truly standout items. I know! Rolls and butter? Trust me, you will remember them. We started with the Cherry Buzz cocktails, and they were a good balance of sweet cherry and strong bourbon. The result was a velvety cocktail. I started with the house salad, and it's enough to share. For my main, I ordered the appetizer portion of the Beef Kofta wraps. The beef was tender, I loved the addition of the sweet potato to the wrap, and the peppers were just spicy enough. The tomato sauce on the side didn't work for me. My husband had the country fried chicken and spaetzle, and he said the chicken was juicy and tender. The spaetzle had a texture that worked well, and the portion size was generous. The only non 5-star part of this evening was the noise level on the closed-in porch where we were seated. Perhaps because it was a chilly night and the windows were closed there was just no place for the conversation to go? The interior if the restaurant has a much more mellow ambiance. For future visits, we will ask to be seated there.

The food here is very great! Everything tasted was familiar, yet like nothing I've never had before. The implementation is simple yet unique. The chef greeted us and talked to us about the food, which I really appreciated.

The service was nice, ambiance was comforting, and food was delicious. The Cherry Buzz was a nice mix of strength and sweetness. I had The Beast since it was recommended by the server and it was decent. I'm not a fan of Black Eyed Peas, but I enjoyed all the meats on the plate. The Country-Fried Chicken Spaetzle was the best dish, even better than the Wagyu Steak. We did not care for the Pickled Shrimp. They were tiny and the flavors were off. We couldn't wait to be saved by our main entrees.

First time here and this place did not disappoint. There are two parking lots for ample parking and the location was easy to find. Everything we got tasted delicious and the drinks were good. We ordered Frisco cosmopolitan and malbec paired with our fried green tomatoes and koftla wraps. For the main entree, we got steak and potatoes and chicken pot pie with side salad. I wanted the keylime pie but I got so full it was time to go. The service was great and I'll definitely be back.

Don't know what to say. Most of the food there was just too salty for me and everyone else. I can do with a little extra salt but man I was drinking more water than I expected. The best thing was the bread and the butter that came out. I know it's seasonal and farm to kitchen type restaurant so I'll have to check it out in the summer time.

The photos online cannot possibly capture the charm and quality of dining experience here! I was searching for a local restaurant to celebrate my husband and I's 12 year anniversary together and although the atmosphere looked slightly lacking - the reviews told me it was worth a shot and thank GOODNESS for that because the interior has definitely gone through a bit of an update and the entire restaurant had a charming, historic but updated vibe to it. The staff was phenomenal- making every second of our time here enjoyable. The cute custom celebration card, the waiters and staff all wished us a happy anniversary when they came by our table, a complimentary sparkling wine or dessert to celebrate! They really go out of their way to make the night special and I couldn't be more thankful for their efforts and kindness. The food itself is all farm to table - what we ordered was beyond anything we'd ordered from any typical fancy restaurant our dinner and dessert exceeded our expectations in flavor, presentation and quality did not sub for quantity by any means - every dish was fulfilling and delicious down to every bite. We both ordered the Country Fried Chicken & Spaetzle which was a medley of perfectly cooked chicken - so tender and delicious, the entire dish had a wonderful citrus zing that livened up every fork full until there was nothing left on the plates. I convinced my husband to get the balsamic friend Brussels sprouts and not only were they entirely enjoyable but I had to snatch away the last bite before he could gobble it down. The chocolate pie was decadent and perfectly paired with their homemade ice cream - so do not even dream of ordering one without the other. The head chef made an appearance around the restaurant, answering questions or just making sure to say hello to every table. Our entire meal and experience here was deserving of 10/5 stars if I could. It's a rare occasion that a restaurant still takes the time to celebrate life's little moments and provide such a special evening... most restaurants seem to have given up and just supply a half hearted attempt at something celebratory but NOT the amazing staff at Heritage Table. They make sure all the little details are in place that ensure a wonderfully memorable night... Cannot wait to go again with our friends on Thursday!

As a reply to the owner's comment, it wasn't the dressing that made the shrimp and fish cake cold with no flavor. However, I did enjoy the balsamic dressing. We haven't been to Heritage Table in several years, but thought we'd give it another try. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, but it was extremely slow. Our dining experience took about 2.5 hours. I could maybe tolerate the length of time if the food was exceptional, but that was not the case. We started with some rolls with butter and preserves, which were excellent. The filet was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The chicken and lokse was an interesting dish but tasty. The chicken piccata was not bad, but the chicken was very dry. I had the Texas gulf coast salad. I didn't much care for it, and thought it was very overpriced. The shrimp were cold and had no seasoning, and I didn't care for the fish cakes. The texture was odd, and they had no flavor. Our dinner definitely wasn't worth $200 for food only.

I can't say enough great things about out this place. We've been coming here for around 5 years and the consistency has never wavered. The menu is highly sophisticated and the restaurant is so charming. Last night, we tried the menu tasting and each dish was so creative, delicious and beautifully presented. The chef took the time to speak to us after each course and his passion and knowledge made the night so incredibly memorable. This guy is on his way to a Michelin star without a doubt. They only use locally sourced produce and meat and spoke about each farm everything came from and how they use every ounce of each item that they possibly can. It's truly a one-of-a-kind restaurant.
