If you're looking for breakfast served at actual breakfast hours for working people (starting at 6:30am), this will do! We drove past probably half a dozen "breakfast" restaurants that open at 8 (??) to get here. Maybe only retired or non-working people are allowed to eat breakfast outside the home! :)Anyway, in an early-morning pinch, I recommend this place. But admittedly I can't recommend it for much more. The food is decent. We had migas and a "skillet" at the table. The migas (as someone who seeks out migas at breakfast places) was not migas. It was a small pile of scrambled eggs with cheese and pico, and a few small colored tortilla strips stirred in. It was served with store bought flour tortillas, and hashbrowns with quite a bit of grease on the plate under it all. For the price, unfortunately it's not worth it (portions were small, greasy/watery).The skillet wasn't served in a skillet... it was served in a ceramic plate with a handle, resembling a skillet, which means you don't get the good crispy-ness of the potatoes and such at the bottom of the hot skillet, you just get skillet foods served on a fancy dish that cools the food down and removes all "skillet" aesthetic and most of the flavor potential. Again, portions fairly small for the price. They don't have oat milk - so no latte for me. Just black coffee (hot) and a cold brew (not made in-house, poured from a can into a special skinny-tall glass for presentation). Overall, again, ok in a pinch. Service was good and friendly, but prices were high for the portions/quality. Not sure that I'd come back unless an early morning breakfast need hit again.

Our server was so nice and friendly. She handled my father in laws sarcasm and gave it right back to him! I wish I could remember her name, but she was awesome! My pancakes were soo delicious. If you have a sweet tooth, I highly recommend. It is a cute little breakfast place.

It may have been a year since I last eaten here. Since that time, I noticed some definite contrasts. When I arrived at the parking lot, I saw only a few cars parked nearby. It was not until I saw a table occupied in the outdoor patio did I believe the restaurant was open. In my many previous visits, there was someone always behind the register waiting to seat customers. Rather than an employee, I was greeted by a Now Hiring signage. Eventually, a waitress did come from behind to seat me. It may have been the timing when I arrived. At 8:30am, two employees arrived at the restaurant and stayed behind the register for the remainder of my time there. At my booth, I immediately noticed the new frugality. There were no condiments or coffee sweeteners on the table. When the waitress returned with my coffee, she also brought a tray with several containers of half & half and a couple packets of several types of sweetener.I ordered the Ole omelet as I have done several times in the past. When I chose toast as my carb option, since I wanted jam, I had to choose which flavor. In previous visits, I would be given a couple containers of butter and a tray of various flavors of jam. Although a single container of jam was very appropriate for the single slice of toast.Another example of the frugality was the omelette. Rather being mixed into the omelette, the ingredients were in the center. It was as if the chorizo, cheese and the remaining ingredients were sparingly spread on one side and the omelette was folded over. Unless I ate a piece containing the center, I only tasted the egg.

The eggs, ordered over easy came out tough as leather. They redid them but the whites were still tough. The English muffin was stale and the sausage patty was just as tough. Service was good but don't waste your money on I'll prepared food. This place used to be okay but the grill was so hot they over cook everything. $14 and I ate one bite of eggs, one bite of sausage, and one bite of the English muffin. This was one of the worst prepared breakfasts I have ever had.

The Asian lady who runs this restaurant is rude and out of touch. After interacting with her and being humiliated in front of other guests I would never ever come back. Portions are pathetic. Ordered corned beef hash. They brought it out and there was a 1/4 cup of has at best.

We have been coming here for years - not sure what has changed (ownership? Manager?) but it's been a steady decline. What might be considered typical substitutions on plates (i.e. jalapeños instead of green peppers or toast instead of tortillas) are all up-charged separately. Additionally, the attached photo was my turkey and avocado wrap with okra for $12. Tasted okay, but pretty sad looking plate. Things are going to have to change otherwise there are way too many other brunch places in the area to choose from.

Ordered a steak skillet that supposedly comes with ribeye and a side of pancakes. I asked if I could substitute a biscuit and gravy instead of pancakes and they gave me two halves of a biscuit and up charged me $7.00 just for the substitution. The Asian lady manager tried to argue with me when I told her that wasn't right and she was terrible about it and the the food was tiny portions and it looked like the steak was microwaved pieces of burnt beef. Sent my food back immediately and demanded a refund after 15 mins of argument from the manager. Do not come here, it is nothing like the other broken egg cafes!

I would give 1/2 a star. Wait staff is slow, un-attentive and just as dismal as the food. The adjective "Golden" should have been my first red flag. This is clearly an asian owned restaurant pretending to be breakfast. I ordered the steak skillet and was extremely disappointed. For an additional +2.50 upcharge to have it "smothered " in country gravy . They barely put any on. The medium rare steak i ordered was GREY and exactly like beef fried rice . This place SUCKS. Do not go here. Save ur money and anguish.
