The Fivee Bistró And Bar

I've been here a few times and I absolutely love the VIBE. The staff is everything. I found my favorite bartender there (Trae) - which his brand is actually Your Girls Favorite Bartender YGFB Even the owners are cool, you hardly ever see the actual owners walking around talking to the patrons but at Fivee Bistro they do. It's like one big HAPPY FAMILY. I love it!!!!!!!! O yea the DJ will keep you bobbin your head all night long.

The Fivee Bistro was on our list for brunch and day party vibes in Dallas. We ubered there so I can't say what the parking situation is. We got there around 1:30 and it was pretty light. Even though it took awhile for our server to come to the table. We started off with the rum punch mimosa tower to get the party started. Our mimosa tower came and we placed our food orders. We were pretty much done with the tower before our food came out. And when the food did come out it was tepid like it had just been sitting out. The shrimp and grits were just ok nothing special. The collard greens however were delicious. Back to our drinks. The mimosa tower was really weak like we were drinking juice 2/10. The place not being too busy and the slow customer service was mind boggling. The day party vibes also never happened. We kept on being told it would pick up it would pick up and never did. Also our server asking us for an additional tip besides the already 20% gratuity included was off putting.

Complimentary parking, great customer service (Marvin & Tasia), & delicious food you can savor with good music in the background.

In town for a conference, and this restaurant was on the list of Black owned businesses. At the time we arrived, around 7:30/8pm. It had a club vibes, with music at a high volume. We sat at the bar. Ordered wings and fries. 2 flavors. The food and drink were awesome. Our server/bartender was helpful. By 9-9:30, it was definitely more of a club than a restaurant. The staff was nice and helpful with answering questions about the menu.

Went on a Saturday night, DJ was live. The food was great we had the catfish basket and the shrimp basket. Definitely will be back. Service was okay it was pretty busy, I'm sure it would be better at a different time of day.

The food was really good! Went on a Sunday with my book club. We had reservations so we were sat as soon as we arrived. The waiter that I had was amazing. Don't remember her! The only complaint that I had was the seating cover was disgusting. She did tell us that they were in the middle of an update on the look of the place. Over all I would go back!

Came here with a friend for brunch and we had a good time. They did play a variety of music and our waiter was nice and attentive. I ordered the shrimp and grits (it came with greens) and a side of bacon. The food came out very quickly and I can say that it was good. The portions are large and I was able to eat my fill. My friend and I also ordered a mimosa carafe which came out a little time after the food. Overall, we had a good time and would return to try out different options. *Attached friend's chicken and waffles*

My friend and I had a reservation for 11 and we didn't make it until 11:30 am but thankfully we were able to still be seated. We were seated in the back and the decor was black and modern! The area in which we were seated wasn't conducive to eating since the tables were so small. We had to bend down to eat which isn't ideal but it worked out.Our server was kind and attentive. I ordered the Loaded French toast but requested the ingredients on the side. It was literally the best French toast I've ever had. The white cream sauce was amazing and the perfect touch. The chicken wings were superb. I didn't personally try the southern catch but my bestie enjoyed it. The only downside was that the food wasn't hot or was lukewarm. I'm a foodie and prefer my food fresh so that was a bummer. All in all I'd go back and try it again. FYI: I highly recommend making a reservation.

The fried catfish and chicken is good.The waffle doesn't have much of a taste which is why it's drizzled with cream cheese. The mimosa gave me a headache The service was terrible. We sat outside and there's a speaker but you can't hear. Since it's so hot now, guest should recieve water soon as they're seated. We watched 4 tables leave due to the lack of attendance.I don't recommend and I won't be revisting.
