The Festive Kitchen is a little hidden treasure. Their frozen cookies are absolutely delicious as are the other frozen entrees I have tasted. Although their food is not cheap it is well worth it when you need delicious food in a hurry.

The Festive Kitchen did a great job at a friend's funeral service. They apparently cater many of the funerals at the Ted Dickey Funeral Homes in the Plano area.The server, Beth, did a great job of serving and keeping empty plates and glasses removed.By all means, try the bacon-wrapped apricot bites! They are wonderfully delicious! The mini-tacos and sandwiches were delicious, too.The lemon squares and white chocolate chip cookies are so good they disappear fast!I'm told that they sell the cookie dough for the cookies in their stores so you can enjoy them at home.

3 stars are being given because their "summer hours" aren't posted online and I drove 45 minutes to pick up dinner and cookies for a dinner party we were having only to find out that they were closed. I arrived at 5:15 PM on Friday afternoon and left work early to be sure I arrived well before 6 PM, which was the closing time posted online. Love the food here, just not their "summer hours."

This place is a well known secret and has two locations. I first tried their queso and cookies at a football party and was blown away. The hostess went on and on about Festive Kitchen, so I had to check them out. I picked up some of their frozen cookies and they are already individually packaged and so easy to plop in the oven. Great find to add some additional dishes when entertaining.

They now ADD a SURCHARGE when you use a credit card! Better establishments NEVER do this. A business has many expenses; the credit card merchant fee is one of those expenses. That cost should simply be "baked in" to what they charge. I would have NO problem if they raised their prices accordingly, but like most people, I hate "EXTRA" or any "ADD-ON" fees. When I discovered this, I canceled the order and drove over to H-E-B. There, I discovered better tasting cookies at a slightly lower price and NO sir charges. I have been buying cookies and other items from Festive Kitchen for decades. If not for the credit card surcharge, I would've continue to do so.

Pricy, but absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the gluten free The Freaking Awesome snack sack. It makes a terrific gift.

I had heard about the "Freakin Awesome" but never paid any attention toit or what it tasted like. Dropped in to the Richardson store yesterday to get a couple of things, saw it and decided I really needed to see what all the fuss was about. Well let me just say, this stuff is "FREAKIN AWESOME"! I had to make myself stop eating it. Good job Festive Kitchen!

Oh my there is some delicious food prepared by this caterer. Their customer service is attentive and the food is delicious. Just outstanding! Try the apricot bacon wraps & their Awesome ( that is the name) snack mix. Yum. Highly recommend.

I would rate this place higher if I could! Just an absolute gem! I travel full time for work and just stumbled upon this place, but could not be happier I did. This is the perfect place for a home cooked/ fresh style meal for lunch or dinner. The woman that was working the register found out it was my first time and was so sweet and willing to help me out. Good amount of vegetarian options. I got a pimento cheese sandwich and macaroni salad, both taste great an so fresh. Literally one of the best quick grab places I have ever stumbled upon!
