The worst value in DFW. The course in in horrible shape, the have absolutely destroyed this club in the last couple of years while raising the dues consistently, it is a total wast of $700/month. Just look at the pictures (taken on Aug-27th, 2022) of this "country club" if that is what you want to call it.I have never seen this golf course so poorly maintained, they blame it on the heat, but other courses around are in good shape. The food is absolutely terrible, the service is incredibly slow, this used to be the place to be back in 2012/2013, Fridays and Saturdays night was great to be with family and friends, the food was great, now is truly a below average overpriced restaurante. Not worth it even if they charged $100 a month.

One word. No, two words. Amy Krieger. What an an amazing Membership Director who represents the Stonebridge Ranch Country Club well. I know country clubs have snooty reputations associated with them but this one was different. Family-centered but could also be a home away from home for the non parent side of you who wants solo time. This country club has a "Ranch" location that is a bit more casual tone to it and the "Dye" location a mile away. Stonework is fabulous in both with a cozy interior of old world charm. No wonder they organize weddings here. Both sites feature GOLF courses but I was there for the social membership side of things. This allows for a tier pricing option which I feel is still a luxury but sensible. Both sites have a resort like outdoor pool with pool side arrive. Drinks? Appetizers? Meals? They got you covered. The Dye location has an indoor jacuzzi in the women's lounge area and the newly renovated work out area of the Ranch location features squat racks, free weights, cardio and personal training options. Back to Amy...inclement weather made it so I wasn't able to see the property as planned. Amy took time to communicate through video + images to show me the country club. When I was able to guess pass my way for my "recon" visit, I was delighted by her personable demeanor and PRIDE of what she enjoys in the locations. Wine pairing and fancy dinners spoke to the foodie in me. Her persuasion came from her genuine excitement for the beauty of the property. Sadly, my family decided to move in another direction but I wouldn't hesitate to revisit this in the future fora membership or organized event. It's the kind of club your children can grow into even when you become an empty nester. If you aren't a Tiger Woods golfer just yet, consider the social club side of things! Amy will be sure to greet you with a friendly face!

Very happy members of this club! We spend most of our weekends here now. Every staff member (special shout to Amy and Sydney!) has been extremely kind and welcoming. There's lot of exciting upgrades happening to the club and it seems like the whole team here is always looking for ways to make the club better. I love the tennis courts and the classes have been so much fun! The child care center is fairly large with beautiful windows that overlook the ranch course and there's plenty of toys and activities that keep our kids entertained for hours. We've dined at both the Dye and The Ranch many times and have really enjoyed everything we've eaten so far. We are very grateful to have found such a wonderful home away from home.

As a new member here (who doesn't yet golf), my experience so far has been top notch. This Club has two locations, the Dye and the Hills. Each of them have a little different vibe, with the Hills being the more casual of the two. It's a great spot to bring the kiddos on a Friday night for family night. Also a perfect spot to get some work done on a Tuesday afternoon. This location also has a brand new, top notch gym facility which is pretty awesome.Every interaction I've had with the staff has been so welcoming - Josh, Ryker, Bryant, and the rest of the team have been incredibly helpful. As a member, we also have access to a text message system that can be used for anything club related - simple/random questions, reservations, and more. The only reason I gave this place 4 instead of 5 stars is that the place is a bit dated. I know they have some upgrades in the works and/or scheduled, and I'm looking forward to seeing those.

I'm giving it a 5 star because it's my club and I've had so many fun memorable times here!!! This club is great for tennis, golf or just a social membership! The workout room is great and they offer free yoga classes with your membership. Stonebridge has two outstanding golf courses! Love my peeps at the club, too!!

We are members of the club. We like to go to the 28 Hole for happy hour or to meet with friends. They also have live music on Fridays, which is good. The food is"okay". It's gotten a bit better, but we don't go for the food. I would love to see more options on the menu, including low carb and healthy options.

Was a member for 13 years before leaving. Worst service and run golf course on the planet. Course design is awesome, but care and upkeep worse then low budget public course. Food quality and staff are also very bad.

This review is of the restaurant at the Dye Course (7003 Beacon Hill Rd, McKinney, TX 75070). I was a guest of a member. I felt bad for him. He was so gracious to take us for dinner (group of 7) and truth be told the food is irrelevant when dining with friends. I saw the prices of the main courses and compared to the quality of the food that came out, I felt he was being taken advantage of. They served a caprese salad that was disgusting. I think the mozzarella may have been spoiled--that's how bad it was. The cook there should be ashamed to send something like that out to guest. The meals didn't get any better..Cowboy Rib Eye--just bad, no marbling, over cooked, low supermarket quality cut and served with a gross tasting chimichurri sauce. My wife had a filet that was less than average taste served with a horrendous tasting sauce. The only items on the table served that night that tasted half way decent were the chicken wings (someone ordered as an appetizer) and one dessert (Peanut Butter Pie). The rest was ...well. "Methinks Not". The golf must be really good at this club because I would not expect this quality food at a country club. I couldn't imagine bringing a corporate client or customer to this restaurant. Again, grateful to the member for hosting, but feel bad he had to pay for that meal.

Buyer beware. Do not join this club. This club used to be amazing - I was a member for 12+ years. In that time my dues more than doubled but the club got significantly worse. There are way too many members so nobody cares to learn your name, it's hard to get good tee times (if at all) and the course conditions are pathetic. The food service is laughable...and that's being polite. You may want to carve out 3 hours if you have more than 2 people in your party. Clubcorp will gouge you at every turn....for example: i had my own cart but still paid $190/month for a trail fee. For full golf membership and cart plan I was spending nearly $1100/month. This club, as currently run, is not worth more than $400/month. Too expensive, poor service, poor food, unreliable staff and bad course conditions. Do not join. You'll be sorry.

I recommend not joining this club for golf. The greens are in terrible shape with many of them having large bare spots and all greens are full of weeds. The areas around the greens are bare as well. Many of the fairways have large areas that are bare and all fairways are full of weeds. There are several fairways that have been dug up with sprinklers being repaired. It's extremely expensive and the course is sub par. Also, they are closing down part of the course this summer to replace the greens and will it be reimbursing members while they are closed.
