The Cheesecake Factory

We brought my dad here this week to celebrate his 60th birthday! A fun family night with good food. Our service was pretty good. I made a reservation the same morning and they were able to accommodate our two little ones (including a high chair). My only complaint was sitting us in a corner round booth with only one opening to get in and out. With a highchair, it didn't make sense at all, especially because I requested a table with chairs for this exact reason. It made it tough for the server to assist us and the food runners to put hot plates on the table. I'd definitely recommend the host team take this into consideration next time. Chicken Madeira was still as good as I remember it though! Enjoyed my leftovers the next day and the strawberry cheesecake and birthday sundae was a nice touch.

Highly suggest to make a reservation to go on Saturday evening sincethe location was packed! Anyone without a reservation would have to wait 2 hours when we were there to check in. We still had to wait 10-15 minutes upon checking in to get a table. It's been a long time since I've been to a Cheesecake Factory and the ambiance is exactly how I remember it. Egyptian columns and panels, almost feels like a Vegas casino in a way. It's also very dim. Once we were seated the server was amazing in checking in on us. He was kind and brought us our drinks and took our orders very fast. Unfortunately they forgot our bread basket, but not sure if it's because we knew what we wanted to order for appetizers. The egg roll sampler was a great way to start the meal as it was all different flavors in the egg roll and it was packed with flavor. Bee sting flatbread was great as well, the honey added a nice contrast to the saltiness of the pepperoni. The main courses felt a bit flat for me as the Cajun pasta and the bang bang chicken felt a bit one dimensional compared to the appetizers. It was decent but I was really impressed by the appetizers that maybe I had too much expectations on the main meal. We ordered the Oreo cheesecake for dessert and it tasted what we exactly expected it to be. It was dense, cool, and tasted like Oreos. Which was what we were looking for. I saw people of all ages having a family meal, friendly gatherings, to an intimate date, and I think the place is great for any celebration or a casual dining without breaking the bank!

Great customer service - the cashier made me realize that I had a reward so we got a BOGO cheesecake! Really appreciate her for helping us save money.Now, the cheesecake itself was underwhelming. Edible but not delicious by any means. Very disappointing for a place called Cheesecake Factory.

This location is typically busy but can always find a spot in the bar area. Louisiana chicken pasta is one of my favorites on the menu.

We were there for my granddaughters 7th birthday with a party of 16. They were able to seat us quickly which was great. The servers were wonderful. We got our drinks quickly and then they served us warm fresh bread with butter. Yum!! We are all ours so they brought us more. Awesome. Our food was served quickly which was kinda surprising for a large group. It was hot and fresh. My sandwich was really good. Just the right amount of mayo and the toast was sourdough which I love. My husband really enjoyed his omelette also Overall it was a great experience

I loved this place, I'm taking 1 star only because it's kinda expensive. The servuwas amazing, I can't remember the guys name, but he was a young black man and definitely was there when we needed anything 5 stars for him. The stuffed mushrooms was my favorite I could have easily eaten 3 of those dishes and dipped the beautiful bread in the sauce that came with it. The cheesecake we ordered was like heaven in your mouth, I mean seriously as good as any dessert I've I've had!! It was the pineapple cheesecake. Wontons had this great sauce. I don't eat seafood but my husband and kid really liked the Thai shrimp, we also got the everything flatbread that was very tasty. We Really we enjoyed everything!! Definitely go here, but remember it is a bit high.

I had a great experience, from the service to the food to the ambiance. Julie was my table's waitress, and she continuously checked up on us throughout our meal while making sure that our drinks were never empty. Our food arrived hot, and the plates for everything were fairly large. I ordered the Shepherd's Pie (Ground Beef, Carrots, Peas, Zucchini and Onions in a Delicious Mushroom Gravy Covered with a Mashed Potato-Parmesan Cheese Crust), which I highly recommend as the creaminess of the mashed potatoes paired well with the flavors from the rest of the dish. I also tried the Fried Macaroni and Cheese (Crispy Crumb Coated Macaroni and Cheese Balls, served over a Creamy Marinara Sauce) that was very delicious. Lastly, I liked how the restaurant's decorated nicely with plenty of warm lighting and artwork throughout to give it a somewhat elevated feel.

Wait time was about 20 minutes for a party of two on a Monday night which wasn't bad! We waited in the bar area and had cocktails while we waited. The staff was kind; the food was fresh & the bread that everyone really comes here for was amazing. Haha. Xoxo.

This place has gone downhill a bit over the years unfortunately...We went for lunch the other day and I got a Caesar salad and the Louisiana chicken pasta and we sat in the lounge area (I assume it was the lounge as we were right next to the bar.) not too loud and still felt like we were in the restaurant and not just a bar. But those little tables are entirely too close to each other. We were basically having lunch with the tables next to us! If we can hear each other's conversations clearly, we are too close. I get you want more tables because that equals more butts in chairs which equals more money, but come on now. The Caesar was by far the worst I've had. They need a new dressing recipe or something. It lacks any and all flavor. And don't even get me started on the quality of the lettuce I received. I make a better Caesar at home so that's disappointing. The pasta is decent. Not great, not terrible. Chicken was crispy so that was nice. But the flavor was all over the place. They definitely TRIED to get the Louisiana Cajun flavor. A for effort I suppose. Now, I did get an espresso martini from the bar and while it took an extremely long time to make its way to me, it was SO good. Probably one of the best I've ever had. Shoutout to that bartender. Our server was so sweet but needs a wee bit more training. He never wrote anything down and while that isn't a problem, repeating the order back wrong multiple times is. Baby, just write it down, it's okay. But he was attentive, kind, and never let my water run out (that's big for me as I drink a lot of water.) Overall, just like their food, this place is decent. At best. They did well by putting it in a shopping center though. Smart.
