The Brunch District

We stumbled in here and were seated immediately despite it being so busy. Kate was phenomenal!!! She made sure we had everything we needed without us even asking.We started with the red velvet French toast. Literally don't need a knife, ITS LIKE BUTTER!! So delicious! Warm and fulfilling; comes with 3 pieces.Next, I had the hardy boy scrambler and my date had the crab Benedict. Both were a 10/10. Super fulfilling. Skillet comes with pancakes & so does the Benedict! So good. We also had 2 breakfast shots and 2 winter wonder lands and a grinch stole Christmas and a Mrs. Clause mimosa. Sooo freaking good. 10/10 will definitely be back.

We went on Sunday, March 1. My skillet meal was okay. My coffee with Baileys was served room temperature. I asked for coffee to be added in order to warm it up. No, they microwaved it. My companion ordered pancakes, they weren't very good. Syrup was necessary and was not included with the pancakes So, if you order pancakes, be prepared to pay $2 for 2 ounces of syrup. You'll need or order more than one. Seating was quick, server was nice but it was very noisy. I won't be back.

FoodBeing a Texan, the food portions were smaller than I would have expected. I opted for the omelette with hash browns, it was decent, no major issues, I had to apply salt to my preference but that is to be expected. I was also given a side of fruit.ServiceThe location was very crowded when I got here, and there was little space to move around but there were definitely brunch vibes for people to enjoy and be social. AmbianceSmall location, lots of noise and motion. Bright colors and high energy, there is also an outdoor section if a person does not want to be indoors with their meal. Just don't expect any elbow room.

Such a cute brunch spot! Great menu choices too! I can't wait to try allll the delicious options. I came on a Saturday and it wasn't too crowded- stop in before everyone find out and then there will be 2 hours wait lol

The Brunch District is an incredibly modern, hip spot for brunch, and the food is absolutely delicious!I went with the migas and added chorizo, though brisket was also an option, along with a couple of other choices that slipped my mind once I heard chorizo.These migas were probably some of the best I've ever had at a restaurant. They were packed with flavor, especially thanks to the salsa. You get a choice between red or green salsa, and I went with green, as I think it pairs better with eggs.For drinks, I ordered a Bloody Mary and a coffee on the side. The Bloody Mary was super flavorful, with bacon, cheese, and green olives adding a great touch.They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, with plenty of room for large groups, or you can sit at the bar if you prefer.The service here is great as all the staff here provided a delightful customer experience to everyone.I had breakfast here by myself and thoroughly enjoyed it. I'll definitely return if I'm ever in town again!

The best brunch place we've been to so far. Not busy at all as it was a 10-11am morning during a weekday. Atmosphere is very joyful, pleasant, and beautiful in general with the sunlight shining in. Service was immaculate. Everyone was so so friendly, welcoming, and smiley. Our orders came out pretty quick for being so fresh. Warning: servings were quite large (a lot larger than it seems) but it was so worth it.Food:Crab Cake Benedict: flavorful, crunchy, and fresh-- highly recommend. it was really unique but so satisfyingChicken Fried Steak: texture wasn't salty or too crunchy-- it was the perfect in between. Very flavorful and the gravy was a great addition to enhance it. Grits didn't even need any flavor or butter it was already deliciousAtlantic Benedict: AMAZING. It's just what you'd expect from a smoked salmon-cream cheese bagel.Cinnamon Roll French Toast: sweet, filling, and deliciousSouthern Benedict: very filling, crunchy, served hot, sooo flavorful with the potatoes as wellFor the amount of dishes we ordered, we only have good things to say about them. I'm not a breakfast person but this is going on my top favorite restaurants. This has to be the place we stop by after all our early morning flights!

Upon arrival I was greeted , and seated in a timely fashion. My server was Kayla and she is amazing. If the Owner is reading this (you have an absolute Gem working within your staff please know that and give her the praise for fulfilling her duties with grace). This was my first time visiting and actually having a day off. She explained the menu to me as I was between two options. Let me tell you I ordered and was on my phone, within maybe 6-7 mins my food was being placed in front of my by Kayla. She checked in on me often to make sure my meal was good, and to see if I needed anything else. Needless to say my eyes were bigger than my belly but the food was amazing. The decor in the restaurant is very cute ,chic, and airy. I will definitely be coming back to enjoy brunch where and I'm looking forward to trying different menu selections. .Thank you for the amazing good, and customer service.Kayla .. thank you

Oh I loved it! The food was fabulous and so was the service.. I had the Cajun shrimp and grits and it was delightful! Had sufficient kick and delicious. My husband ordered a chicken carnitas skillet and it was fantastic as well. This was our first time here and yes we shall be coming here again The service was quick and prompt and our server was very nice and kind

This is a lovely place. Very good vibe, roomy, plenty of parking. The food was quite good and our server Keyla was very friendly, professional and patient with us. Overall, a very nice experience.

Ended up here after church this past Sunday and it was packed but the wait was only about 25 minutes for a party of eight. We couldn't wait for the other table to get up for the tables to be pushed together so we sat 4by4 in 2 booths. Everyone loved their food. Personally, ordered the sunshine sandwich and upgraded my side to pancakes instead of the grits or toast. It was so good and filling that I could barely finished it. If you like brunch with a modern twist and upbeat atmosphere, this is your go to spot! Definitely looking forward to exploring more in Dallas brunch scenes!
