My first time trying this location. The beer selection was ok. I had a drink, it was ok as well. Had to send it back but the bartender was very friendly about it. I ordered the burger & fries, they were ok as well. Pretty laid back American bistro / gastropub establishment. Great location, great service. Overall a cool visit.UPDATE: a prompt response from this establishment definitely gets them from a 3 star to a 4 star. I will surely be back. Thanks a lot for your attention to customers feedback.

Stopped by Brass Tap to catch the Mavs game. It was a little hard to find initially, as it's tucked into the middle of the shopping center. We each had a beer flight which I'm glad the waitress told us about, as I didn't see it on the menu anywhere and it appears the regulars beside us didn't know about it either. Anyways, we just got that and the fried shrimp basket to share . They have a pretty solid beer menu, but if that's not your thing, they also have a limited wine and cocktail menu for you. The beer flight choices I got were : Freaky Deaky, Honey Kolsch, Cali Squeeze and Bishop Dark Cider My favs out of those, were the Dark Cider and Cali Squeeze, the Kolsch and Freaky Deaky were also good just wouldn't be able to drink a whole glass of them as I'm not a big beer drinker so they were a bit stronger tasting for me. The service was good, the place is small but good to catch some sports as they had plenty of TVs around. Good for kids to join as well.

Absolutely loved this place. Happy hour is great and we went on trivia which was so fun. Honestly this place had some of the best nachos I've ever had. 3 types of cheese(queso,shredded, and cotija) and the steak was tender and flavorful. Pizza was good too, we got the honey pepperoni. Would definitely go back!

I always love the food here! I go pretty frequently on wednesdays for music bingo! The grilled cheeses are delicious, as well as the tacos and pretzel bites! Great place with good service.

Quality has dropped significantly over the last 6 months and both kitchen staff and servers have a high turnover. When we first came we loved the outdoor seating and the friendly staff and the food was really good. We won't be returning. No thanks to over priced frozen eggo waffles passed off as chicken and waffles, tough tenders and biscuits you could break a tooth on. So disappointing. The server seemed embarrassed about it too so it's not like they don't know that the food is subpar.

I'm a big fan of this spot. It's the epitome of a neighborhood bar where you can even bring your kids and it's somehow acceptable. You can even leave them outside to play on the playground while you come in here and enjoy a cold one. Actually I'm not a parent, so excuse my ignorance if that's not a good idea. But great beer selection with super knowledgeable and friendly bartenders and servers. There was a live music when I went, which gave it a fun atmosphere. And I went with the intent of watching the UFC fights that unfortunately weren't played there but luckily the bartenders pointed me in the right direction and were super nice about it. My friends live walking distance from here, so I'll definitely support The Brass Tap whenever I'm in town.

Came here for the first time to watch the super-bowl and the food was SO good! Definitely give it a try. The guy who seemed to be the owner was extremely nice as-well! The establishment has a good vibe and was clean!
