The Boiling Crab

Great service. Cool decor. Yummy food! My 8 year old always wants crablegs on her birthday. This year we tried the boiling crab.

We've been to this location numerous times and really enjoy the food. We decided to come in on Tuesday Feb 25 with 4 adults and 2 kids. Half of the tables were already cleaned with the chairs on top of them and we were told it was a 35 minute wait. It also looked like another family was waiting and more people walked in when we walked out. Very odd that they close half of the tables when they seem very busy and this is at 7pm when they close at 10pm. Ownership should be ashamed that they have 2 hosts explaining this instead of having one of them become a server, which isn't very hard for a crab restaurant. We won't be recommending or going back anytime soon to this location which is pretty sad because we spend $350-$500 each time plus a hefty tip for the "service."

We went to have lunch here with some friends as going away get together with our families, too. I enjoyed eating the seasonal Crawfish with potatoes.Serving Staff are attentive and helpful. Well lighted, clean seafood restaurants and great decor.

We love this place! We used to go to the Garland location and wait for hours in line, here we never have to wait long and the food is always delicious!! I've never had anything here that we didn't love! Highly recommend! (And BRING GLOVES!)

Unfortunately, the service was really slow. Whenever we asked for gloves or additional food, it took quite a while for them to come around, and there were no updates from the staff unless we directly asked.The food was inconsistent. Sometimes, the sauce hadn't marinated enough, especially with the crab, but dipping it in the marinade helped a bit. The other round of crab, however, was nearly just right. The potatoes were pretty good, though they were a bit pricey. The sausages, on the other hand, were quite salty. Additionally, the gloves provided were too large and tore easily, so we had to request more several times. To top it off, they were out of both crawfish and lobster during our visit.On a positive note, our server was really nice. They tried to make conversation, were good about making recommendations, and answered our questions thoroughly.Overall, the food was just alright--nothing particularly special.

Date night review... This is not a good "first" date place but for anyone else, it's fun and unique. It's best to dine in the bib and have sauce covered hands. We had blue crab, mussels, clams, and crawfish. The corn, potatoes, sausage, and egg are a must. We did need to wait to be seated, but less than ten minutes. It did take a bit for the food to arrive but it was fresh and well seasoned. Wait staff were all super nice. I was even offered a water refill right before I left. This might seem small but it was a very nice touch and hit the spot in the hot weather.

My family and I love coming here!! We love their lemon pepper fries to start and the oysters.

#1 seafood / Cajun sauce!! 100% recommendations to come try!! Weekend there is a wait time but worth it!! Clean place n everyone nice!

Highly recommended. Food and service is great. The whole sha-bang sauce is the best one.
