Tailgaters - Snookered

Huge establishment! Not gonna lie, I go because they are a Bills backer bar. Even if you are from the Buffalo area and not interested to go for a game day (gasp) they actually have a small menu for game day that has some local favorites!! The pizza logs are amazing, the beef on weck is a win, meh I'd skip the chicken finger sub unless you are just wanting one and not particular on how "authentic" it is then grab it! I think the pizza has a light drizzle of buffalo sauce on it, don't quote me but I liked it! The bartenders are all just so friendly and personable too!Whether you stop anytime, they have darts and so many pool tables, loads of TV everywhere and you won't be disappointed in the staff. Or, hang out for an ALL out Bills experience on game day! The menu is huge!

Best bar staff in town. JJ is a seasoned pro! She's the reason we come there. Also, some of the best pool tables in town if you can get one.

We were there last night. The gentleman who started serving us was great. He went out to take a little break and there was a lady bartender who was "taking care" of us. Btw, I'm a bartender as well & know how important communication is with my guests. She has no smile, never asked if we were doing ok, and I had to flag her down just to politely ask for drinks. Her demeanor was very uninviting. The food was eh. Asked for my sauces that were missing for my wings and she acted like I was bothering her. This establishment needs to get rid of these bartenders who THINK they're pretty and can be mean to customers and get people who actually wanna work. If she spent more time working on her customer service skills instead of spending time caking that hideous makeup on her face, then maybe she can make some decent money.

Garlic aioli) Katie was sweet and fun, working a busy, pool league night, keeping an eye on everything. Favorite place to shoot stick in the area but it's more than just a place to shoot pool.

Great bar, friendly atmosphere, great service. Bartender JD (Jaqueline) was fantastic and great with her mixology. I'll drop in again if I'm ever in Frisco!

It takes a LOT to piss me off to the point of writing a yelp review but, congrats to this place, they managed to do it. Really is a shame, beautiful place, beautiful pool tables, overshadowed by the most horrendous attitudes I've ever had to deal with, and I've been to a LOT of pool halls lol.What is even more frightening is that, based on the reviews, the rudeness actually came from one of the MANAGERS. She actually gets on here and barades people which is INSANE.Stixx and Stones Billiards in Lewisville is worth the drive people, stay AWAY from this place !

Finally, a management that understands customers. This place has been improving constantly. Now my number one spot for watching a game or shooting pool. Ask for JJ or Bryan at the bar. They're studs

The food was decent but the vibe was very uninviting. We sat at the bar and the service was very sub par. The bartenders were very matter of fact and never engaged. They held convos with regulars but never checked on us or communicated during our time. We had to ask one of the bartenders about our food that we had been waiting on for nearly 20 minutes, and she just went to the back without saying let me check on it for you. The basics in customer service were severely lacking. When I asked for ketchup and hot sauce they were placed at the edge of the bar and not in front of me. I didn't even get a here ya go can I get you some napkins or anything else. To go a step further they never asked how was the food. It was just terrible. I've never felt more unwelcomed or unwanted in a long time.

Been coming here for a while now. Seemed like a good spot to catch a game. Throw some darts. Shoot some pool. But. The food started getting worse. The service even more terrible. And then. To really seal the deal. For the 2 people who play darts.... They want to charge an hourly rate to play? I went there last week to throw darts. Get some food n drinks and watch a game.... Then they want to charge me to throw darts in the poorly lit area and crappy sticky floors with no tables to drink by while playing? To me. Have a minimum charge to play.... If you order food or drinks you can play for free. Seems like a win to me. But. Naww. They just stuck to their guns and we left all together. So. No hourly money from me. No food. No drink and now a bad review for a terrible idea.... However. Sidecar Social.... Way better food. Way better entertainment. And free dart boards! Bye bye tailgaters....

This place use to be a nice pool hall with great food, great tables. Now its just a bar with cramped pool tables. water dripping on them tables during league play and they just dont care, stains everywhere, most of them aren't level. Restrooms are trashy. place is always dirty. Billiard balls are always dirty along with the tables.
