Taco Hut

Manav should be running this place, if he isn't already. This establishment has some of the most personable, down to earth, accommodating, & genuinely polite/respectful people that work here. If someone comes in drunk, from the bars nearby, he make sure that they are not being a nuisance to the rest of the customers.He remembers faces, and he always has been like a friend to me and my woman. Top marks.

Solid tacos. Price was ok, not too expensive for each taco but I will say they do fare on the smaller side so maybe it's a little too expensive in that regard. Tacos were a little dry.Flavor was good, the Al pastor was seasoned very well. The salsas were pretty basic. The included caramelized onions were a great touch. Not bad for a random place I decided to spot by on the way home. Solid tacos.

Unsure what has changed, but the food is not as good as it use to be. I would always go to Taco Hut once a week, but it seems like something changed several months ago. The food seems a little off unsure why. We are moving out of lewisville but happy when the food was good at Taco Hut. I can say the employees are always nice and clean while preparing the food, so that is a plus. The seated area could use some improvements, though. Unsure why the tables seem to always be dirty, I'm sure it's due to the staff being busy. I would tell anyone to Lewisville to give them a try even if you don't go back. The food is always made fresh and it is true meat not like the Taco Bell stuff.

New ownership - my family's favorite Mexican restaurant is under new ownership and it's HORRIBLE!! We love Indian food but we come here for Mexican food! Everything has changed. Now it is more Indian flavors but under the guise of Mexican food. Now, I love all kinds of food but when you're in the mood for something, especially something you've loved for years, that's what you want. No warning. They also over charged us and the gentleman at the window was rude. We will not be back! I'm so sad!

I've been coming here for years and always enjoy my experience. The service is always wonderful; definitely one of my favorite places to grab tacos!

Amazing, amazing, amazing, amazing. I'm from El Paso I am very picky about Taco places. This is the best I've had in North Texas. Go now. Go out of your way.

I'm not here to speak on the taste of the food because I've been coming here for almost 7 years now and it has always tasted good. The customer service is awful to be honest. They're usually pretty short with customers or even rude. They've also upped prices and will nickel and dime you on everything. Just disappointing the noticeable changes up there.

You can order outside at the little window or inside the gas station. There's tables, a TV and drink station inside. Out of the three tacos I tried, barbacoa was a bit too greasy but steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked. I'd get three steak tacos next time. I loved the grilled onions that came with the tacos. The red sauce was packed with heat so I could only add a few drops at a time. Ask for a receipt or know how much you should be paying ahead of time because receipt's not automatically provided.

Great place to grab some tacos to-go and eat at home. It's in a gas station by the way but who cares ese.

I heard suprisingly from a few unsuspecting people the place was great so despite being part of the gas station I decided to give it a shot one night I was hungry. I ordered waited & paid for steak quesadillas. They handed me the food smiled and said it's chicken sorry. I didn't even bother to ask them to remake it & clearly they didn't want to. Chicken quesadillas were really good, not great. I still think about the steak and wonder if it was better... mmm
