Taco City y Mas

10/10 ONLY place I go for tacos!!!! There is always a wait time but it's so worth it!!!! No place to dine in it's carry out only you walk up and order. I've never had a bad experience! Only thing is it's always PACKED!! But can you blame them?!

I've eaten here 3 times now. I have had their corn and tacos. I would say the corn tortillas I didn't like as much, unhealthy stuff Is always yummy lol (flour). The bill came up to a lot I'm not sure why and there wasn't as much flavor or other ingredients in the taco

Found this taco stand on my way to the post office. Great selection of dishes, reasonable prices, and great for pick up orders. They give you a lot of salsas to go and even the tortillas are well seasoned. If you are just stopping by you can sit outside on the picnic benches. I will warn that the tacos are very spicy eo if you can't handle that maybe request a little less spice.

40 minute wait, my boyfriend had a 1 hour and 10 minutes. There is a sign that there is a minimum 25 minute wait, but damn. Then everyone started getting their tacos before us, even people that ordered after us. We ended up getting our tacos after the kitchen closed. The cook came out to clean and he told me he didn't have anymore tickets waiting he had cooked everything all ready. I was so frustrated and confused. My order was vegan tacos, so grilled vegetables in a tortilla, that shouldnt take long. The food is 100% delicious, i give it that, but damn that wait was not worth it at all. I want to go back, my mouth is salivating for it, but nah, not if that is going to happen to me again

the reviews were kind of all over the place so I took a chance. ordered the birria plate, a shrimp taco and a drink sandia flavor. I didn't really know what the drink flavor was but it tasted like watermelon the birria was good. the rice and beans were really good and very flavorful. usually with these plates at mexican joints I don't eat the rice and beans but I ate everything this time. the shrimp taco was mid and I wouldn't order that again. I ordered via uber eats.

Best tacos I've EVER had since I've lived in Texas!!! We have been looking for some delicious tacos & this place did NOT disappoint. Their regular tacos are dusted & fried to a perfect crunch & filled perfectly. The seasonings are delicious ! They are $1.39ish on Taco Tuesdays. The Birria Tacos with the sauce are amazing & FULL of flavor! We definitely will be coming back to try other menu items! Plus, they are opened until 10:30PM.

I was excited to find out about Taco City y Mas. It's really close to me and I love a good birria taco. Read the reviews and decided to try it. My family got 2 orders of the birria taco plate, "roasted" elote, the baked potato with pastor, and a lemonada agua Fresca. I saw the reviews about how long it takes, so I ordered online. Took about 45 minutes for the order. Food was ready when I got there. The birria tacos were disappointing. They didn't have a lot of flavor and surprisingly the meat was a bit dry. The consome was just okay. My son bit down on some weird plastic in his taco. The "roasted" elote wasn't roasted at ALL. It was more like boiled corn on the cob. No cilantro and not a lot of flavor. The beans had good flavor. My husband said his potato was good but the pastor was way too fatty. There was more fat than meat. My Lemonada Agua Fresca was the best part of the order. It was really good. Not sure we'll be back to try other items. $17 for the birria plate would have been okay if it wasn't so disappointing.

Overall, I'd rate this place a solid 4.5. The only issue is that there is no inside seating. Parking is horrible and the wait is 15-20min. If you can get past that, they are the best tacos I've had in Dallas. The tacos are made to order, the ingredients are fresh, and the portions of meat are great for the price. They have a large menu that caters to Mexican food lovers. I'd definitely give it a try if you haven't!

The food was delicious! The agua fresca was refreshing, we got a lemonade. Soo good! Service was a little slow and customer service could improve. The girl at the pickup window was not very pleasant. Service with a smile goes a long way. Also providing simple utensils such as plastic knives to help with our dining would be great. There's several wooden tables with high chairs to sit and eat at under umbrellas. It's right off the highway access road and easy to get to. If we're in the area again we'll definitely stop by.

This place is such a nice gem! The food here never seems to miss! I love anything from their breakfast tacos to their huaraches. I come here any chance I get even if it's about 30 minutes from me. Service may seem long but seeing as how fresh everything is, I don't think you'll mind. You can either wait in your car or on a table outside so you have ways to make time pass. Definitely try the Huaraches and flautas.
